Long Beach City Hall reviews
12Very modern large nice people inside that are very plesent to talk to it, s one half block from the parking.
It was the culmination of our Neighborhood Leadership Program experience to visit the City Council Meeting and meet with them and the Mayor.
The City of Long Beach is without a doubt one of the most poorly run cities I’ve ever seen (and I lived in NYC for a decade). Every single city agency I’ve had to deal with (with the exception of the gas guys) have been beyond incompetent. They need to spend more money on police and fire to get these atrocious response times down but they seem more interested in…. I don’t even know…terrible circa 90s advertising for the convention center? People complain that the mayor and his ilk are trying to turn LB into Beverly Hills by the beach, but when you call the cops in BH they actually show up pretty fast. Here, eh maybe they’ll get to you on Thursday. Every single city agency I’ve dealt with has required constant handholding and babysitting. Seriously regretting moving my business here. Do better guys and gals or expect to be flushed next election.
This was a nice safe place of Business employees was very. Nice service was fantastic l will be back soon Thanks
Mike Carrera was an absolute joy. I truly felt like he was there to help me. I came with no appointment, and he walked me through the record viewing process. What a gem!
Super efficient, make an appointment and you will be out of there in no time,
very helpful staff, no attitude at all just there to help! Easy parking on the other side of the street.
Very nice city employee very good service but the security not polite and don’t like their job…
New city hall building. Having lived in Long Beach and Los Angeles; I must say the city of Long Beach is much more accessible.
I'm trying to pay my parking ticket that has been due for months! But no staff of the city is working it seems. I bet they expect me to pay extra dues when this pandemic is over becuase it's my fault they arent working smfh
They are so Rude! I called the office many times. The service is terrible!
Is my money going for this? ? I can't imagine what could happen if this happened at the mayor's house. I'm sure he wouldn't be happy.
Unavailable, Huge investment, tax payers money, for what? I called them, they have a machine answering service which keep you in the loop all the f time.
This is for the old city hall. Always was a funky design and layout. If you were lucky enough to get an office on the outside perimeter of any floor great views on upper floors. Elevators were slow and small and on a rainy day the place leaked badly. The new City Hall is gorgeous, more functional and water tight.lol.
