I went into Long Beach Honda to check out the new Accords because I needed a newer car for work. I noticed a 5.0 Mustang on the lot and Kimberly let me test drive it. Next thing you know I am signing the paperwork for my dream Mustang. Kimberly gave me excellent service along with the finance guy. 10/10 would recommend buying a car from here!

WELL FIRST OFF THE TRASH THAT'S IN THE PHOTO IS WORTH MORE THEN ANYTHING THEN LONG BEACH HONDA OFFERS. NOT ONCE FOR TWO YEARS SINCE IV GOTTEN MY CAR I CAN SAY ITS BEEN ALRIGHT CAUSE THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AND OK IDK IF ITS MANAGEMENT BUT THESE CROOKS SWAPPED MY TIRE AND SAID THEY WERE BALD THE FIRST TIME WHEN THEY WERE NEW GOING IN AND JUST RECENTLY WHEN TO CHANGE MY BRAKES AND WENT IN WITH NO WARNING SIGH ️ ABOUT TIRE PRESSURE WAS OUT AND THEY GAVE IT BACK WITH MY TIRE MESSED UP MY AC HAD BEEN OUT WHOLE TIME IV HAD IT AND TOOK IT ABOUT 5 TIMES AND EVERYTIME THEY FIXED IT SUPPOSEDLY. THEY NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN ASAP DON'T GO YOU'LL REGRET IT I PROMISE

We’ve been bring my car for service for many years. First time buying a car. Very efficient. Sales person knows his product really well and no handing us off to someone else to close the deal.

What can I say, I’m forever grateful for Long Beach Honda. Manny was so helpful right from the start. He’s very welcoming and made sure that he was able to get me in the right car for what I was looking for, but not just any car, my dream that I wanted for a while now. Serg is always very sweet and hospitable and remembered me from the last time. He always looks out for not just me but my family in any way possible.

BEWARE if you do a trade-in! Traded in my car in October 2021 and got a new one.it is now December 1st, 2021. THEY HAVE NOT YET PAID OFF MY TRADE IN FROM 2 MONTHS AGO.nor can we get any help from the Finance department whom we have called & emailed multiple times! BEWARE! I've already reached out! So don't just leave some generic computer response. You need to get back to me, i have already reached out to you and nothing is being done nor are you guys getting back to me.yet i continue making car payments on a car i no longer have. You get back to me! Have your manager contact me! Alan in your finance department wont get back to us via phone calls or emails. YOU do something. I already did my part, this is on you now!

Today Honda came through for me they gave me 90 percent of what I asked for. So very glad I choose Honda, you guys are the best.they wouldn’t let me leave without being satisfied. Thank you, Honda of Signal Hill.

Purchased a service plan and when covid hit we weren’t driving as much so didn’t need as much maintenance. The prepaid plan “expired” and they won’t honor it. So frustrating.

Long Beach Honda was one of the quickest buying processes I’ve ever been in. I went in interested in trading my 2018 Mustang for a 2021 Type R. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient. Staff answered all my questions and were very open to negotiating. Chayden and David were amazing and helped me in every way. They both answered my questions regarding the Type R and even took me on a joy ride to experience the car. I would 100% recommend coming to Long Beach Honda. More specifically, I’d recommend working with Chayden and David as they were the people who I worked with and I would not have picked otherwise. Chayden even went on a Starbucks run for us while we waited for paperwork! Thanks again guys!

If the dealer asks you to buy a 3 oil change package, do not buy. I bought this package in 2019. In 2020, everyone worked at home due to pandemic. 2021, went in for my 2nd oil change, i was told my package has expired. Very disappointed with this dealer. I’ve been coming to this dealer since 2010. My husband also has a Honda. No way to treat long term customers for short term gains!

My boyfriend and I came by just to check for an appraisal for my Mini Cooper. Not thinking of purchasing a brand new car. Ossy approached us right when we arrived and welcomed us! We did not feel pressured to purchase a car and was listening to what we wanted and was looking for in a car. Looked around for what was available and I have always been interested in hatchback cars. Ossy showed us their available inventory on the Honda Civic hatchback sport. He let us test drive the car and he throughly explained all the features that the hatchback came with. Went through the appraisal process. Was able to talk about the difference in leasing and purchasing. Ran the numbers and with the help of Ossy and his manager Nader. We followed through with the purchase and got my new car! Our experience was truly great here at this Honda location. Would recommend anyone to look for Ossy and Nader, if you are interested in purchasing a brand new car from Honda and at this location!
