5The guys on the boat made our experience so much more fun. They helped erase the nerves and we had such a great time! They kept offering to take our pictures
Would give them a zero if that was an option. We made a reservation and got a confirmation text and email. Drove 50 miles to Long Beach and per their instructions we arrived here 30 minutes before our scheduled reservation. The guy at the counter simply told us we have decided to shut down for today. No further explanation. So the hour long drive and not to mention our excitement were for nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Find a different parasailing business. There’s plenty of them!
Booked them through Groupon. Arrived an hour early and checked in. When it'd time to board the boat for parasail, they told us the boat is broken and will have to shut down for the day. They said they will refund us through Groupon but still didn't happen.
Amazing adventure, would definitely do it again can't wait to receive my pictures.
It was a nice experience but I bought photo package, the guy forgot to take pictures for us, I texted him there’s no photo of us, never got reply, I shouldn’t tip him
