8Had a great experience storing with them for about 2 years before i decided to move out. Great service by the staff. Clean storage units. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage facility. Thank You John, Terry & Xiomara.
This place has gone down in service. The previous resident Managers John and Terri were the best. The new managers Xiomara and Carlos are very rude and could care less about customer service. When I asked to speak with their supervisor they told be to look on the counter and call the corporate number. They refused to give me the name of their supervisor. This is the worst customer service I've experienced here. I called the corporate number to voice my concerns and all you get is an answering machine and no one is available to answer your questions and/or concerns. I wouldn't use this place to store your items. I had issues with rats in my storage locker. I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising my family, friends, and others to avoid this place. There are two storage facilities up the street that would probably be better than this place in my opinion.
Gate to go in occasionaly do not work and when asked for a discount only 25 dls when the hole day the gate dont work
Like MOST storage facilities they will bring you in at a great price but after the honeymoon is over, prices start going UP regularly. Like I said, they are no different than most storage companies. Price gouging is the American way after all.

I had a family member die and i got out of town to help grandmother i lost my storage and they sold my items and now on my credit u got more than $300 when u sold my item i dont owe u anything gettin over cold hearted

The couple that runs the storage are super sweet, professional and very nice. Great customer service and I am happy that they were able to help me find what I needed. The man allowed me to look at different units available to accommodate my needs. The bathrooms are very clean as well. Good location. Definitely recommend!
