2021 Summer. Excellent work. Clear definition of work that was to be done. Fine waiting area. Just know that it takes several steps to pickup your car after you get text it is ready.
2021 Fall. Bought a Hylander Hybrid. As painless a car buying experience as possible. Car in stock for MSRP. Many other sources had no car, or demanded far more $$$, or had other issues.

For more than 20 years, Bruce & his team has serviced our Toyota vehicles (Camery, Corolla, 2 Rav4's, & a Lexus) without a hitch. We drive nearly 60 miles round trip to get serviced due to the great job thats done. There are at least three Toyota dealerships within a 15 mile radius of our home - our trust is with Bruce and his team, at Longo Toyota. We go the extra mile, cause it's been worth it.

Easy purchase through internet sales. The SUV arrived a week early and I was able to pick it up before Thanksgiving. I did not have an appointment but we still managed to get the needed paperwork done in a few hours. Did the financing online and trade-in estimate before I arrived. No pressure for extras. One of the easiest auto purchases I have ever done

The dealership and the customer service at Longo Toyota as well as the salesman and the whole team are phenomenal I was astounded by the deal I was presented. Jose Del Sora really knocked it out of the park, making every other dealer a waste of time. This was the most pleasant experience and professionalism. I will recommend to All my family and friends Longo Toyota

The service this time was fast and efficient. The service lasted only 1.5 hours. The last time I brought the Tacoma, I was told ithe service would last 2 hours, it lasted more than 5 hours. This time 5 Stars

I had an amazing experience financing my car with Stan Lei! I previously leased my 2019 Camry here which I have now financed. Stan was so helpful throughout the whole process including weeks before with answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. He fully compared our options in terms of leasing a new car vs financing my current lease and made sure to consider our circumstances. We bought a new 2021 Toyota Tundra a month ago. The first day we were greeted with a really nice salesman. We decided to buy the truck on the first day of looking. We had to wait for our cash to be transferred and for Longo to install a step rail. We had an appt.to go back a few days later. Our salesman called to make sure we were still coming. Of course, we had already given our deposit. When we got there we had to wait for him to find the misplaced license plate. When we went to get the truck we had to send it back for a better cleaning. After service cleaned it better our salesman did show us how to set the navigation to get home and how to use the bluetooth. Other than that we were done.
When we got home we realized they put on the wrong step rail. We ordered and paid for a chrome one but got a brushed one. As we were going through the paperwork there was a whole check off list that our salesman was supposed to go over with us. THIS WAS NEVER COMPLETED. We set up an appointment to change out the step rail but then decided to just save us the hassle and keep it.
Low and behold we as well as our friends kept hearing a horrible noise, so we had it towed back to Longo. After the mechanics not finding anything they were sending it back to us. On the way back to our home the driver could hear the sound so took it back to Longo. That evening the service manager called and said we needed a new rear end. This was replaced within 2 days and we were on our way to pick up our new truck. We were definitely compensated for our troubles. Thanks so much to the service team at Longo. But, no praises for our salesman after he knew he had a sale. I would buy another vehicle from Longo but maybe a different salesman or be more aware of the checkoff list. OWNER RESPONDS TO 90% OF COMMENTS. BUT NOT MINE!

The service team members are very knowledgeable, we love how attentive Kayla and Jonathan are.

From purchasing our vehicle in 2017 to having all of our maintenance services here, we can honestly say this is the best all around dealership out there.

I bought a Tire & Wheel Protection for $995 that has been advertised by the seller at the same time than my Toyota Camry SE Hybrid on 7/10/2021 at Toyota Longo, El Monte, CA. I recently booked an appointment for the first 5,000 miles maintenance at the same time than a light repair of my front right wheel that got curb rash on the rim. On the appointment day, when I took in my car for servicing, the counselor guy, Danny Mata, told me they cannot service my wheel the same day because I don't have appointment, although I did scheduled it on their website, and they have my appointment for the maintenance. He, then, argued that it take them 2 days to fix the wheel (sand and polishing the rim!) and it could not be done the same day, although I took my car in at 7 AM. He, then, passed me to a manager, that did not declined his name, who lectured me almost 10 minutes to say the same thing than the counselor. I asked to have another appointment to fix my wheel, because according to them, their online appointment system does not synchronized with the bodyshop schedule, and the counselor guy, Danny Mata, promised to call me back to arrange another appointment. I never got any call back for a new appointment, and could not do it myself online. I have the feeling to be swindled $995 by Toyota Longo in a Tire & Wheel Protection scam.

Came in to drop off my car for an oil change had a appointment at 12pm employe told me it will be ready by 3pm ended up waiting till 6pm 6 hour wait just for a dam oil change worst part was after it was finished I had to wait another 40 minutes just for him to finish my paper work.these employees are a joke told me to call if I had any questions called all 3 employees to see how much longer it would take wouldnt even answer don't waste your time here

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased through Longo and the 4th that my family has. As always it has been a pleasant experience. A very relaxed atmosphere and knowledge and friendly staff. The service department is top notch as well. They have earned my business and will continue to do so.
