Long'S Cleaning and Organizing, Murrieta CA

We unfortunately hired this company as an add on to our U-haul purchase for help loading the truck. Their rating on the site was 5 stars, however I failed to notice there weren't many reviews.

During the loading they frequently dropped items with complete indifference.

When I arrived at my destination I discovered that they loaded the truck in a haphazard way damaging or outright ruining most of our furniture. I reached out by email and was asked to send pictures of the damage which I immediately did. I was asked to follow up with a text as they had trouble using google drive and I sent the pictures and confirmed they received them.

The next text I received promised a call after 1: 30 pm that never came. I texted asking if they were going to call and that was ignored. I tried calling the next day and was sent to voicemail. I texted one last time asking if their intent was to ignore me and that too has yet to be answered, or has it been?

I'd recommend using anyone but this company. I paid $200 dollars, and lost thousands.

Paul and Leon came to load up my apartment and unload at my new house. Never have I met people that are so friendly, helpful and genuine as well as hard workers. They know what they are doing and they know how to hustle! Great communication and super respectful.
Erica is who I was in contact with prior to them showing up and answered all my calls and questions (which I had a lot of) every time. She was very professional and easy to talk to.
You definitely get what you pay for and a whole lot more.
Overall this company is who you need to call for your moving needs. I highly recommend them and will be contacting them for more of their offered services in the future.
