This facility is very nice people staff are wonderful and take care of my husband very well even though he wants me to take him home I wish I can but I can't

Well maintenance facility. Much activities for the residents and help the residents from bed-bound to able to walk and go home.

I would give no stars at all if i could! Besides the unprofessional and lies, from some management supervisors, cringe lazy workers place dirty they hire lazy employees most of the reason why theirs is Neglect abused to patients & staff in their facilities. My personal experience, mostly supervisors & management cover up their mess, with Lies, i was a was treated wrong fully covering 2 employees jobs taking care of 20 patients in the same Shift and, supervisor didn't want overtime, what kind of Joke are they.

I've worked at about half of the facilities under the longwood management parent company and I have added every single one to a block list. These places does not care about the residents/patients or the staff. The only staff who stays working at these facilities are the ones who fit the culture of abuse and neglect, disrespectful and lazy. Every one of these facilities have Roaches and zero supplies. Western convalescent hospital is reusing dirty towels on patients because they don't even have a clean towel or even a pillow case to clean the residents. Bed sore and and sharing dirty water pitchers. Staff is dunce and ghetto. Just awful. 25patients for 1cna? ! How is this still operating when they have so many complaints filed against them and lawsuits? !

My Dad was at this facility for 8 months they never cut his hair as requested never gave showers as requested never seen dental nor eyeglasses doctors as requested. Tarnish the social worker will lie in your face. Melissa is a puppet and Sharon the Rn smells so bad. If you want your love ones to die this the place. I would not take A sick dog to this place.

Attempted to apply for a job here and as they gave a tour it was the inmates running the asylum, there was NO SECURITY and it’s next a seniors home and there were 2 attacks there. By the time I had gotten home they said I had the position I said thanks but no thanks.

My son had a stroke and he staying right here the social worker tanesha Stewart ask very jolly and happy but it's all fake she asked like she's going to help you with anything but she does not a nurse supervisor named Moses he's very aggressive he likes to be in control if you don't follow his rules not the policy rules but his rules then he gives you a hard time my son end up in the hospital due to a fever that it wasn't supervised by him this is not a good place to bring anybody this is a place that will killed your own relatives real soon
