This place has saved me 4 times! Best service ever! Super professional with accurate radiograph analysis. I have done 4 PPE with them or had them to review my PPE from other vets and they found OCD in all 4 horses While the other vets didn’t catch it. I can’t thank doctor Coral White enough. She’s an amazing human being. She has gone above and beyond to help us and from bottom of my heart I wish her nothing but only good things. I had a very tight deadline with a seller and I was under pressure and stress to pay off the horse fully in one hour and she assisted me last second and helped us to get the radiographs reviewed and find the OCD. Thank you so much doctor Coral White for being amazing.
I highly recommend this place for PPE and if you could have doctor White, you would be the winner.

Dr. Courville is an exceptional vet. She came out and did a PPE of a potential horse we were buying. She went above and beyond on helping us out. Would highly recommend her for any Equine services.

Long time established client has an obvious UTI, I collected some urine for testing was willing to drive it to office 45 mins one way. They would not consider treatment without visually seeing long time established client. They have more money for gas than I do. What happened to old time quality care? They seem to be only concerned with adding $

Excellent care! Dr. Deane and the staff did an awesome job caring for my miniature donkey foal Taya and her mom Tinker. The round the clock care and devising of tiny splints is the reason she survived and is doing well. After a week there, she and her dam got to come home! Very responsive, Dr. Deane called with daily updates. And the staff were all very kind and helpful! My thanks to them all!

I phoned from Nevada to make an appointment for my lame endurance horse and had an appointment just a few days later. I was impressed! This does not happen often but my horse got over his lameness all by himself so I was able to cancel my appointment. However, if (really it is WHEN) I need a vet I will not hesitate to call Loomis Basin Equine and make the drive from Reno. Thank you!

We have had the misfortune of visiting three of the major equine vet hospitals in the area during the past year, and our experience at Loomis Basin was the best so far. The new facility is beautiful and they have hired several excellent vets and invested in high tech equipment. We were referred for an MRI for my daughter’s horse that required general anesthesia, and worked with Dr. Errico and their anesthesia team. They let us stay with our horse and allowed us to observe him undergoing the MRI, and Dr. Errico was lovely about communicating with us at each stage to let us know how our horse was doing. Their prices for MRIs were 1/3-1/2 of what we were quoted by Davis and some of the other major vet hospitals, and the consulting radiologist they use is one of the best in the field. It’s a slightly longer drive for us but we’ll be back.

Dr. Stolba is just the best. I rescued a mare with an old stiftle injury 2 years ago and she helped us get up and running and enjoying the trail. She takes the time to answer all my questions, will happily check mare's gait any time she is at our barn, and overall gives me the confidence that I'm doing things right! I know Loomis will always have my horse's best interests in mind and trust them completely with her care.

Loomis Basin is the most amazing clinic/surgery center that I have ever been to. They service customers up to (and sometimes over) a 2 hour radius away from the main hospital making veterinary care available for everyone 24/7 no matter how far in the boonies you live. All of the vets there are some of the most caring and knowledgeable people that I have ever worked with. Their facility is clean and beautiful and the nicest equine clinic I have ever seen. They provide the upmost care and I recommend them to everyone!

High cost compared to any other vet, almost every vet are just out of school with little know how. Their only goal is to drain you of money. Owner is money money money. He pays his vets nothing but charges huge amount. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Major did a beautiful job removing a tumor from my gelding, without leaving an ugly scar. He is kind and patient, which was a bonus since my horse hates vets. Loomis Basin vets respond quickly to emergency calls, I have found them very reliable. Their ranch call fee and prices are comparable to the vets in my area.

So blessed Loomis Basin Equine open for 24/7 urgent, routine appoint.care. Their vetrinarians are dedicated, experienced, knowledgeable, genuinely care. Routine: Dr. DeLaCruz has charisma that instills trust in Magic, who fears needles.
