Juan had an exceptional customer service from when I called to when I went to drop off my Prius. While working on my car he kept me informed with everything he was doing in my car. Juan has helped me out so many times! He's such a kind guy and really wants the best for his clients. He's gone out of his way to help me with a VW Passat that was on its last legs.
