Lordon Management reviews
9Unable to reach this company. I just moved in and they are charging me fees from previous owners. Unable to get a hold of anyone.
If I could give negative stars I would. This management company is very unprofessional. Not responsive, nor do they ever contact you when needed even after multiple calls, messages etc
Customer Service extremely rude and unprofessional. From the receptionists to the accountants. They cut you mid word (not even mid-sentence). No one is willing to help you, answer questions, solve problems within the community. If someone knows a Good management company, please post!
Lordon Management has a very unprofessional way of conducting business. If I could give them an negative -5 I would. Lordon Management and their long time attorney Pamela Abbott Moore alleged our prior HOA property managers provided inaccurate financial records to the board during the annual budget preparation for the past few years inaccurate. So, the board did not increase the monthly dues. Allegedly Lordon discovered the inaccurate financial records that resulted in an $200,000.00 emergency special assessment that us the homeowners must pay or else they will take our homes. Myself and other homeowners requested proof of the inaccurate financial records. Some homeowners insurance company requested them too. To no avail, the alleged records requests hasn't been honored. Yet they still demands the $200.000.00 from the homeowners without proven proof their allegation are true. Their liar exposes the homeowners to lawsuit from the old management and homeowners that recently purchased homes in our community. If an HOA financial records are not accurate and a potential home buyer based their decision on them, later to find out there is a major $200,000.00 deficit, it's lawsuit time.
I only took two semesters of business accounting but I know if an error is discovered an investigation must be conducted. The investigation will disclose what happen, when it happened, how many times and correct the financial records. So, we also requested copy of the audit aka investigation. We was told no audit was conducted. So, they have no proof the emergency special assessment is valid and still demand we pay the $200,000.00. Lordon and Atty. Pamela Moore have stop responding to validation request. This smells very scam-ism. Not a good company.
The team at Lordon has gone far and above my expectations.the process of transitioning from one management company to another has many potential pitfalls if the utmost of attention is not given to the details. For the past 60 + Days this team has worked late and on weekends to assist us in accurate accounting and billing issues by incorporating our coding for accounts into their database. This so that we may see our information in a way we are accustomed to. Invoicing Vendors were all contacted, informed of the change over and requested open invoices be forwarded to Lordon and current company information was up to date.
Though not an easy task (between our Treasury Team and Lordon’s Team) our transition has been made much smoother and timely by working together seamlessly. The personnel at Lordon maintain professional standards keeping an open and friendly ambiance to work with and have been helpful in all of our questions or giving alternative options when needed.
So Far a Great Group from top to bottom deserving of Recommendations- Hence this one.
One of the worst management companies I have ever dealt with. No response back via phone or e-mail. I have sent countless of emails and multiple phone calls. It is virtually impossible to get through to anyone. It is beyond annoying and frustrating.
They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I received no updates on a common area damage that I reported 3 weeks ago so I called in for an update, but Tammy, our community manager, was very impatient while explaining what is going on as if I shouldn't ask her, and she hang up on me in the middle of our conversation. When I called back it was already voicemail. Also if you call their corporate office number, anyone barely picks up. You really need to know your party's extension, and even they don't pick up often, you can only leave a message and wait for their call back. Which can take days.
HOW COME YOU HIRE PEOPLE SO RUDE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES AND GOT HANGED UP. IF THEY LIKE THEIR JOBS SHOULD GIVE TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO NEEDS A JOB. IT IS HORRIBLE LONDON MANAGEMENT. HOW CAN I SOLVE MY PROBLEMS?
