Run don’t walk away from dealings with them. Yes.we were warned so seriously do not fall into the same trap. Our financials were taken over slowly and horribly managed while they were doing less and less on the actual “management” side of things. You will work harder For your assoc and wonder why your finances are so mysteriously difficult to understand with them. It’s a shell game they are playing with your members money.
Not a mystery they are making more, and it will cost you in the end.: 0

If I could give a negative star rating I would.
Withheld fund earmarked for vendor and employee pay even after being directed by theHOA board of directors to release funds. I can’t prove it yet but there is something very wrong with this “Management company”.
They seem to be able to talk out of both sides of their mouths and say nothing.

They do not answer the phone, or respond to voicemail and email. Incredibly frustrating dealing with this company.

Not the most responsive company whatsoever. Emails are returned, if at all, in about a week. They don't respond unless you email 10 times with phone calls until they accidentally pick up!

I don't see the value they provide, especially when the competition for good management companies is plentiful.

I wouldn't mind them so much if they would only respond to their customers. Spool rude and arrogant people.

This company has gotten themselves embroiled in all sorts of legal chicanery, dealing with our current BOD at Lake Lindero, in the brief time they have been mgmt our HOA and under a lot of duress and controversy. They continue to enable the board to promote lies, disinformation and a culture of group-think and bullying. The current budget they have provided has left out huge gaping required info like taxes, and legal and insurance expenses. In addition, they entered into the contract with the current BOD while we were still legally in another contract dispute with a previous mgmt co, and now there is one lawsuit directly involving them, and there will likely be at least one more in the future plus their involvement may increase damages in the central separate lawsuit with old management company for breach of that contract. IT'S A MESS!

Good luck trying to reach someone to help you. "LEAVE A VOICEMAIL". And once you do. Try to record all conversation and keep them on file. Or you will be going through it again from scratch. Sometime ago, I have mailed them letters/forms that I was required to send. Which I did twice, but I was told that they never received any. The third time, I had to do it certified mail. And I still got another notice that they never received any, until I told her that I mailed it under her name, certified mail, and with confirmation that it was delivered. Then, she comes back on the phone, and her "tone" changed suddenly. It took months before everything got straightened out. It has been over a year since the issue has been resolved. Pictures, letters, and etc were sent to them, followed with their own inspection regarding my solar that was installed in 2016, and APPROVED by them in early 2017. Today, mid of 2018, I got a letter that I need to have my Solar inverter be MOVED INSIDE THE GARAGE. My inverter HAS BEEN in the garage since they approved my solar install.

Now, good luck to me, they gave 30 days to comply. I left messages on their voicemail. Should I spend money again on certified registered mail?

They were very nice. The app wasn’t working, I called and left message and they were very nice when I got there.
