After having some circulation and weakness in one side of my body, I started seeing Loren for treatment. I had never done acupuncture before, and was definitely a little skeptical at first, but Loren was a complete professional and explained the history and theory behind the treatment process, which really put me at ease!

He does an amazing job explaining the process and communicating with his clients, making sure they're not in pain and feeling the treatment. After a few months, my circulation issues have resolved completely. I'm almost a little sad to say that, as I was looking forward to my weekly acupuncture treatments, that's how well it worked! I've recommended him to all my friends and if I ever have issues in the future, will definitely see him again!

Highly recommend Loren for acupuncture! I was dealing with numbness to the right side of my body and after one session, the sensation improved by 60%. I now see him monthly for tune-ups and am at 90% of my baseline.

Loren is the absolute best. He's been instrumental in helping autoimmune related symptoms - Raynauds, undifferentiated connective tissue disease and regulating my period. The herbs he prescribes have been an absolute game changer compared to all of the other types of therapy that I've tried over the years. I am able to keep symptoms at bay without prescription medication, and feel the best I have since having kids and the diagnosis. His calm, kind demeanor are a bonus!

I’ve been seeing Loren since 2021 to treat chronic neck/shoulder pain, among other issues. I’ve been to numerous acupuncturists over the years with mixed results, but Loren is the absolute BEST! He is very thorough and knowledgeable and you really feel like he cares- because he does. Almost every other acupuncturist I’ve been to inserts a few needles and then leaves the room for a while. This is not the case with Loren, who spends the entire session constantly adding, removing, monitoring and adjusting needles, and making sure I’m OK. I usually leave the sessions a bit sore, but in the best way possible. Loren’s acupuncture is able to target and release aches and pains in a way that I have not experienced elsewhere. In addition to acupuncture, Loren uses other modalities including cupping, massage, and Chinese herb/tea prescriptions. He looks at the big picture. I have referred several friends and family to Loren who have all had very positive experiences. He is truly a master of his craft who has devoted his life to acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and healing his patients. He’s the real deal!

Loren is truly amazing. I have suffered from chronic back pain for almost 10 years now, and I tried everything, including acupuncture, to address it but nothing worked. Loren provides a different form of acupuncture that focuses on discovering and addressing the source and causes of pain instead of just providing temporary comfort. I am so thankful that I found him, highly HIGHLY recommend!

Loren’s process is like no other acupuncture I’ve had before. He gets straight to the root cause of problems to solve them. He’s so intentional and poignant with his approach. Issues that seemed like a mystery in my body, he is able to improve if not solve in a session. The experience always leaves me in a calm state of nirvana.

I came to Loren for chronic Tendonitis issues that got drastically better after each treatment I had with him. Loren is absolutely wonderful and helpful. I came to have acupuncture. He healed all my pain to my suffering from digestive issues, stress headache, migraine and my face is a little crooked from my Id pictures. Since working with him, my digestive issues have greatly improved, I no longer have the tension on my shoulder. My crooked face improve. I haven't had any significant pain!

Loren was friendly as well, also he did follow up with his concerns. You can tell that he genuinely wants to help u feel better. He makes u feel comfortable at each visit, especially if it’s ur first experience with acupuncture (which it was for me). I'm so glad I started working with him - but as other reviewers have mentioned, the key is to be consistent with your treatments! I did notice positive changes after the first treatment, but it did take some time to for the benefits to be more stable.

I had never had acupuncture before I met Loren, and frankly was skeptical of its benefits. But when I mentioned this to him, he validated that this is common, and then took the time to explain the art and science of acupuncture to me.

I asked him to work on areas of my body that were tight or giving me trouble, and he was open to feedback during the treatment and never left the room while working. I felt that he used both his education and his intuition to guide him on where to put the needles.

As a psychotherapist, I often have clients come to me who have had negative experiences with previous therapists. I am grateful that for my first acupuncture experience, I found Loren, who cares passionately about the work and is respectful of the history of it. Although I did not take advantage of it, he also is trained to help clients with herb treatments.

Dr. Loren is fantastic! I had chronic neck pain, like 20 years worth, and after working with him for only one session the pain really dissipated. This continued to improve after each session! He gave me tools to heal on my own after the sessions which worked very well. The combination of his work, the Chinese herbs, and the self care advice he gave was perfect. Along with my neck pain healing, other things I was feeling (mentally & physically) were healed as well. He really gets to the root of the issue and he is very well educated. Always looking forward to returning. I am now living across the country and each time I go back to LA I book a session:)

Loren was amazing in every way. Prior to receiving his acupuncture treatment, I was experiencing trouble with my shoulder for 14 months. Nothing had seemed to work. I felt relief after the first visit, and was fully healed and back to normal after the second. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I am forever grateful to have had Loren Stiteler treat me 6 months ago for severe pain in my hip. One day a deep very sharp pain hit sprang up in my left hip, probably a perfect storm of a preexisting condition exacerbated an injury. The pain was so intense that I could not sleep at all for 5 days. Two conventional MDs prescribe pain killers and PT which did not help. It was only the sessions with Stiteler that ended the crisis; and there has been no re-occurrence. Honestly it was miraculous. I highly recommend!
