Great customer service! Cashmere is an investment, especially when paying $1000-2000+ for a sweater. The staff was courteous and helpful without hovering or being aloof. The presentation of my purchase was a nice touch. LP’s attention to detail is one reason I choose them over Brunello Cucinelli. The same can be said of Stanford Mall. Valley Fair/Santana Row is closer, but the shopping experience is better at Stanford.
