Horrible experience. I was turned away for not having any of my images or reports, but when I made the appointment I was never told to bring any records with me. Horrible heartless doctor to turn away a worried patient. Horrible place. If you can avoid this unprofessional facility please do.

I waited two hours despite having an appointment. I took time off of work. Packed waiting room full of people during covid getting blood my pressure up. Why schedule if you cant stick to it. Never coming back.

Physicians are very knowledgeable here. They are friendly and try their best to find the correct solution, in my case, my nose. Highly recommend them.

The Doctor Was Very Professional By Explaining Other Options For My Surgery And Better Medication For Breathing.

The whole experience felt warm, practical, and just magical. First person I met was Bryan, who is the warmest and kindest PA ever and helped me consider and get the vivaer procedure. Dani, who is also incredibly nice and patient, conducted the nasal endoscopy and administered the shots. Dr. Trenkle did the vivaer procedure calmly, quickly and painlessly. Wow! In two weeks, I could finally breath effortlessly through my nose! Thank you so much Dr. Trenkle! I can't believe that a quick procedure can improve breathing so much. Thank you to everyone and the staff as well for working through the pandemic! Awesome, lovely people all around!

I had complications after my surgery and my doctor moved out of town and did not return any of my phone calls even after his colleagues told him that I was having serious complications. I called the center at least 30 times but they would not give me my doctor’s phone number or email. All they would tell me is to go to the emergency room if I needed help. I had to go see my primary care physician to get an antibiotic prescription to treat the infection I caught during surgery. The fact that my doctor refused to call me or email me after being informed that I was having severe complications is incredibly unprofessional and unethical. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board.

I was nervous in the beginning. However, as I got to know the staff and their procedures I gradually eased in. The operation as a whole was a splendid success! Honestly, I did not like the group or mass like attention to patients but how else can doctors afford to attend to so many at discounted prices! Overall, I am breathing better without any complaints! I recommend them with 5 stars!

Terrible, didn't let me finish the paperwork. Didn't ask my medical history, medications, rushed. My requests were ignored. STAY AWAY, worst experience. This place is a joke. Changing asap to someone that actually cares.

It was a great welcoming experience here, my son is 7 and getting treatment here and I have to say they really know how to work with children.

We had the appointment at 9: 15 and by 9: 50 we was already out of the office, we are very satisfied with the procedure; dying by your man was very clean and this doctor really have knowledge about what was going on in my husband ear he immediately take care of my husband ear. Doctor trenkle and his team are the best I'm very happy with the service they provide and I highly recommend

I like Dr trenkle very much. However, I've seen him only briefly during my last two visits. His physician's assistant met with me and, unfortunately, this was not such a positive experience. I found her annoyingly condescending. Furthermore, I'm disappointed that she had not seen the white object on my tongue when I literally had seen it. Fortunately, this last visit she finally saw it. But overall I find my experience with her to be a disappointing one.

I always have a good experience when I go to Dr. Trenkle’s office. The staff is great. The only issue I have ever had it the wait time. I have other medical conditions and sitting it their chair make it uncomfortable for me. Other than that. I would totally recommend going here. They are thorough and will do right by their patients.

One of the best experiences that I've ever had with a physician. Dr. Trenkle was attentive, empathetic and extraordinarily knowledgable. He took the time to listen and understand the symptoms from my point of view before making a diagnosis. An increasingly rare skill. Highly recommended!

I can’t thank enough the staff at Dr. Trenkle’s office I’m very very satisfied with my results of my procedure and the amount of excellent customer service! His assistant Danielle has been nothing but extreme help, I feel very comfortable speaking to her for any questions she really does seem to take her time with patients! My recovery has been wonderful they are always calling to check up on me. Definitely recommend!
