I was so pleased with my visit to LAENT today. Dr. Farnoosh and team were so warm and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable/at ease. I recommend this practice without reservation.

Nice clean modern office. Staff was polite. I saw Priscilla, the PA, who helped alleviate an impacted ear.
She was very gentle and the nurse allowed me to hold her hand. I will go back when needed and recommend to others.

The people who work at the Hollywood office are amazing! Very kind and personable, and were able to quickly clean out my clogged ear and get me on my way!

It was my first time visit and I had good experiences. Office was very professional, clean and organized.

I had a terrible experience. The doctor didn’t explain what he was doing, shoved his finger in my mouth and when I explained to him how uncomfortable that is without informing a female patient what he is doing, there was no apology and he just ended the exam. He gave no clarity on my symptoms, also talked badly about a previous client that was falling asleep in the clinic due to sleep apnea issues. All he literally did was was tell me the office cannot accommodate to my issues and gave me a referral to someone else. He suggested a procedure without even explaining why it would be helpful. I literally ran out of the office in tears.

Great staff and doctor. The doctor Explains things throughly, he is very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him!

I wanted to say what amazing doctors are here and say how grateful I am for the care I received at the Hollywood location from Dr. Farnoosh and the staff here. I was having issues with vocal hoarseness off and on and am a singer so that was very scary. I previously went to a different ENT not related to this office who did not have a reason for any diagnosis and didn’t know what was wrong. I asked for a second opinion and was sent to this office. Dr. Farnoosh quickly analyzed my condition as silent reflux. Ever since, I have made the dietary changes, taken the medications, and made the sleep changes necessary and my voice has cleared up immensely. I am so grateful for this complete 180 and thankful for this doctor and this office! Thank you!

Dr. Farnoosh is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He spent time to listen to my issue very carefully. I recieved few medications and currently feeling much better.

I was seen by Dr. Farnoosh. And i am very happy that i went to this office because all of them were nice and friendly. By numbing my both nostrils doctor was able to use a tool in order to go inside of my nose and record what is going on with my sinuses. After he prescribed me antibiotic for 21 days, steroids tablets and 2 different nasal sprays. Today is my first day of using the medications DR. Farnoosh gave and i am already feeling the positive difference. I can breathe way better, i don't have watery eyes, i don't have runny nose nor headache. I was suffering since January 2nd of this year and i did go 2 other ENT offices in Burbank but i didn't feel any better.

It was fine going there/check up but afterwards over the course of a week I’ve gotten about 5 text messages reminding me of an appointment for some one else, a complete stranger. Even allows me to “check in” or cancel that persons appointment. Also asking me to approve different prescriptions for others. Just poor notification process.

Absolutely horrible on 3/18 my appointment was scheduled for 8 am when I arrived the office door to my doctor was locked no one inside. I arrived at 7: 50 am it was extremely hard for me to arrive at this time. 8: 10 passed I called the hospital and they assured me that some one would open the door soon. Then 8: 20 passed and still no one to open the office for my 8am appointment. It was nearly 8: 40 am when a nurse came to open the door turn on the office lights and let me in. I after she entered two other staff members entered the same front office door. So they all must have been late? I waited almost another 10 min for the staff members to be ready to take me in to my appointment. This was a very very difficult day. My next appointment I was prescribed ear drops for my still burning ears but the doctor failed to put my perception in so I did not get the meds he prescribed. I also was told I was being given a print out of the doctors instructions and I also never received this. When I asked for it I was told it would be emailed and never did! Very poor health care if you ask me and I have had four appointments and my ears are still burning!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I decided to transfer due to location and to save time and money for commute. I requested to have my medical records transferred and I get a call today saying that there are no medical records under my name. My previous allergist sent my medical records 3 times already. If they say that they have not received my medical records again, I will either look for a different doctor or continue going to my previous allergist for my allergy treatment. Furthermore, this place is difficult to contact. Their phone number just leads to an agent and the actual office never answers the phone. I mean NEVER! I've decided to not go to this facility/office ever again. Very unprofessional with patient's medical records. I have decided to continue going to my previous allergist. Fortunately, you have lost a patient.

Everything was Quick and Painless. All issues were discussed and explained in a Profesional manner, and easy to understand. The Doctor made me feel confident he could correct the problems I am expierencing at this time. All;s good so far.

Wonderful doctor! Takes his time with his patients. I even brought my 5 yr old and he was so patient with her. He is our ENT doctor. So easy to make an apppoinment. Staff is super friendly. I recommended Dr Farnoosh to anyone looking for a very knowledgeable ENT.

I would have given 5 stars if it didn’t take three phone calls over 2 weeks for them to confirm that they had and then found my bag of medical records. It’s a big Trader Joe’s bag with all my records, with my name and phone number all over them. How hard was it to find? Why didn’t they contact me? Why did I have to call three times?
