5My EBT card was stolen along with my wallet so I was going to get a replacement. After reading the reviews I was worried I was going to have to wait a long time and put up with attitudes. This was definitely NOT the case. From the moment I got there, I was treated respectfully. After passing through security, I was greeted by a staff member who gave me a number and directed me to the proper waiting area. My number was called within 10 minutes. I explained my problem and was taken care of immediately. 15 minutes after that, I was walking out with my new EBT card. This office should be a model for all others!
Worst customer service by the social worker rude and unprofessional
I’m at the place right now so rude have been waiting for the last 2hrs
I like this county building they are really fast.is not like the one in Vermont they take 3 or 4 hr to see you smh.
The woman told me for a application it would take 2-4 hours to be seen.i have a infant im homeless and i need help for some reason all the Hispanics are getting called before the african americans and the woman is shunning me everytime i ask her a question. This is one of the worst offices i have been to just inconsiderate and not helpful or genuine.
