I don’t want to even give this place a star I was in need of service for a loved one Andrew Nemeth a case worker made me feel like he act on discrimination against the color of my skin and Marley Miller a appeal case worker didn’t make things better talking to her was like talking to a brick wall she went mute on me during a conversation they both lied about receiving important paperwork that I turned in which now makes me uncomfortable about sending in paperwork make sure you have a copy please Lancaster ca office is so unprofessional they will lie and treat you unfair discrimination is really real terrible I had to experience this at a time like this in my life

I have never had a bad experience with any worker. The clients/customers are another story. They are LOUD, RUDE and walk around with an attitude. It's no wonder the employees are rude to them.

Maria Ward the front Clerk Battered me the n denied it. I have it all on tape then she was outside and said she calls her husband and son to come beat me up its on video as well.

The service is very slow been tryin t catch up with worker over 7 month's she had not follow up with me an I droped off paper work xant reach nobody on the phone yet terrible service

I have been on hold for 1 hour 47 minutes, waiting to be transfered. With the initial call I was on hold for over 2 hours. When the call was answered, it immediately hung up. Now it is 4: 55pm, they close at 5pm. Lets see what happens.

They have discontinued my service and I have no clue as to why.in fact i need more!

So at the Los Angeles County IHSS office in Lancaster there’s a dark skinned African American front desk clerk who is very rude & inhospitable. She has terrible people & customer service skills. Did you guys randomly hire this witch fresh off the street or something? She needs be re-trained pronto. I don’t know her by name but she worked April 5,2019 during the afternoon hours at the front desk window. Because of her I have to give this office 1 star, everyone else was tolerable except for her. Please do something with her asap if you actually give a damn about your guest feeling welcomed & cared about when they come to your office to do business.

Person never showed at time they said. Tried to call, on hold fo 40 minutes. Tried a different number, different language, another number, busy. Then, no answer. Had to go to the office to see what is going on. With an autistic child, it's not good to get him ready for something, and not do it!

It's just the rudest front desk people to get information and to turn in papers they take for ever been with Ihss as a Care Provider since 2003 and this lancaster service is getting Worse & Worse Every Day. Im sorry but Ihss workers that work in this Field deserve more Fast help to info or turn in papers work etc. Hope to God that there front desk service change soon for Better" Thank God for Us that are with the Union New Staff and more Friendly and Understanding would really be Appreciated.
