Was left on hold for 30 minutes at the end of the day only to have someone pretend they couldn’t hear me and saying “hello” and hang up on me right at 5p. I guess that’s par for LA county!

I called to expedite an order for birth certificates, and was told it couldn't be done. That means our kids will not have insurance for the first six months of 2021. Government workers do the bare minimum, and should not be getting their full salary if they do such lousy job.

They lie it takes 6 to 7 weeks to get ur Birth certificate don't pay $50.00. Do it ur self for $28.00 on line fill out paper work ur self send it back to Los Angeles county Ca.

There must be a way of letting people know by this means that this place is closed so we don't waste our time rushing just to be told they are closed since march or so

Horrible signed in showed paper work waited 1 hour and then I step up she reads my paperwork throws it ate and snaps I can't help you even though I was sent there. I was born in San Diego I told th it's on my paper but she just threw it at me. Rude

Came here yesterday and got my birth certificate it was quick and easy, Make sure you guys do the application online before heading here that way you save even more time!

So if you need your birth certificate and you don’t have your ID because you lost it, then come with your social in case. If you ave No ID then you have to pay them in cash.

It's an LA County office, not much more you can expect. Go online and pre-register, it'll save a lot of time so you don't have to wait as long in line.

Friendly service and professional attitudes is what I experienced. Alot of negativity comes from those who want help and stand in line. Rome wasn't built in a day.

It's very nice and clean the staff is very helpful, they also help with food and they have senior classes different days.

It was unprofessional the lady at the desk didn’t seem to know anything. When I asked her questions she looked confused and would walk away the line was very long 3 hour wait never again will I come here

Easy online application for birth certificate copy. I filed my application online, same day I went to pick up at this location. There was about 30 people waiting in line. They have a separate window for those who file online, not a single person waiting. There is a $28 fee for each copy of the birth certificate. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Quick and easy. Thanks.

Easy to find and quick service. The staff is very helpful. I did go around 9 am on Monday. It took me 15 mins and there was shade while you wait outside. Thank you for being helpful!

Get here early! This place is the height of inefficiency. It can be representive of everything that is wrong with local city governments.

Even if you go online to fill out the application before getting there, its still a long wait.i waited one hour and a half, outside line, hot weather.oh well

A girl in another post said she did this online and then showed up and she was in and out. She must work for them because I am here right now. Did the online thing. In a line behind 15 peeps and been here 30 minutes so far and it only moved up one couple!

One hour and 26 minutes waiting and still on line outside after register and everything so ridiculous

Second the wait is terrible. It basically like going to the ER when it's jam packed. The people wasn't that friendly and the place is raggedy. The whole process was slow. They have you check in for no reason because it doesn't hold a place in line nor does it inform the clerks to print out your paper work. Overall I would advise not to come here unless it is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY

Fast and easy. Do your homework! Fill out paperwork online. Came for a copy of my birth Certificate and despite some bad reviews I came in and I was out in
5 minutes. Friendly staff and it was nice and fresh inside.

The worst place in the world. The line is damn long and there are only 2 windows available. The staff is not efficient at all. I have been waiting 2 hours and still not get into the main office. Never come again.
