The Government is wasting money for salary for the employee. They are extremely lazy and unprofessional. If you have appointment that doesn't mean you'll be have attention in time. Website doesn't work properly. And so on.
The place does not exist here. Department of Social Services is what's only located here which is 2601 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90057. Besides 2610 (don't exiest) is on the wrong side of the street.
No parking! So ridiculous to have a public service building with no parking. If I can't afford food, what makes you think I can afford parking? So ridiculous. The security isn't of any use either. They should know where someone could park for free or point someone in a right direction instead of catching an attitude.
Dirty, irresponsible. There's no point in making an appointment 2 weeks before if they still take forever to help you. There were roaches crawling where the "kid's" area is.
Too bad they're verbally abusive to people and treat us this way. "security" is probably worst.
It's been days, trying to get in touch with my case worker. Her direct lines ignore my calls and send me to a voicemail that is full, therefore I can not get my message across. Also the customer support phone number only lets you talk to a robot or it automatically hangs up on you. No support email or text service.
I would like to give my utmost thank u to my social worker Cynthia Rodriguez for helping me and my kids for working on my case to receive food stamps. She's very professional in dealing, kind hearted. She's really an angel. ️
I got food stamps same day. It took a few hours. And i applied for calimed. I thought they were nice.
Bad service. We waiting for our medi cal 2 month. And don't have any answer yet. We went to that office and they didn't say what we need to do, just "we will call you", and they didn't.
