Being injured is not something we look forward to and hospitals aren't a fun place to go to. Coming to this facility couldn't have been any easier. Staff are friendly & professional. I hope it will be my last MRI but if needed, will definitely go back to this place.

The most reasonable price I found in LA! I don’t have insurance so I made sure to call around to multiple facilities to price check. Los Angeles Diagnostics was the best by far! Even though they’re affordable my experience did not lack at all. Everything was great from the time I checked in to check out!

My mother has the beginnings of dementia and was sent here for an MRI. She was a little scared and withdrawn. The lady at the desk was so attentive to her that my mom was very comfortable in no time. She spoke to her in Spanish, and was very gentle with her. Thank you for your service.

I definitely recommend this place. Getting an MRI can be daunting but the staff was helpful and patient answering my questions. The technician walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable. Everything was clean and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly.

Everyone here is so kind and professional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Gabby who went out of her way to explain everything. The tech who took my MRI was so calming which made the entire experience go smoothly. I would to everyone they come here.

I have to admit this center exceeded my expectation. I found this place online searching for an MRI scan for patients without insurance. Fairly easy process from scheduling, doing the scan and to getting report The following day.the receptionist was pleasant and fast with handling my paperwork and getting in. Recommend it

Highly recommend it. I have been here twice, they were profesional and polite each time. My second visit was after a fall. ER failed to exam me properly and I was concerned on my back enjury. They got me in the following day, results emailed to me a day after.

Went here after a concussion and was super nervous about getting an MRI, but everyone was so nice and made the experience super comfortable for me. They played a playlist that I had on my phone which was really comforting and they were able to hear me at all times if I needed to communicate with them. All around good experience, will definitely come back here if I ever need to get another MRI!

Gabby, was very pleasant and explained to me the process patiently, how I arrived I went into treatment without delay. The technician was very polite and made sure I did not get cold during the MRI, very pleased with the professionalism of the team. I definitely recommend, excellent price ratio that you can afford. Excellent facility. Second MRI I have had done here. The receptionist staff and techs is very professional, well mannered, and very informative.
The facility itself is nice, and they seem very concerned with providing a positive patient experience. Even though I visited on a very busy day, I didn't wait too long for my MRI once all the paperwork was completed. I will be coming back if needed.

My experience was great. They called me fast to schedule my appointment and got me in the following day. Person behind the desk and the tech both professional and friendly. Definitley recommend them to anyone.

Despite the full waiting room, process went by quickly. Staff work fast and efficiently very happy about that.clean inside the patients room as well. Sanitation is excellent. Was in & out in 45 mins.
Got my report the following day. As much as it was nice and easy process. I hope I won’t mess up my knee again so I don’t have to go back. Recommend it!

I was so sure I would not be able to do this because of my back pain. Staff awesome, positive and compassionate. The technician was awesome, encouraging and explained everything to me. Was able to get through the procedure in 30 minutes without moving. Highly recommend this site.

Very nice and professional staff. From the min i walked in the door till the end. Facility is clean. This was my second time there. Both visits were piece of cake.

First off I must say a special Thank you to Gabby! I was frustrated and in pain, my Dr didn’t fill the form out correctly so I was looking at having to come back on another day, Gabby sent a coworker down the street to my Drs office and got him to clarify what needed to be done! That’s going above and beyond! She’s a keeper ️

This is not a good place to get MRI done i requested to have a test to find certain things they didnt do it correctly they misdiagnosed me they tried to fix it and misdiagnosed me again. I had to pay to get second opinion they still didnt want to refund my money going to have to come after them legally. After asking them to fix it the man c the manager claim it was extortion because i told them they misdiagnosed me they need to fix it. I would not recommend this place they took my money and misdiagnosed me twice not a good place its not worth the money. I would be coming after them to get my money back plus legal fees
