Los Angeles Eye Center & Clinic

The visit was pleasant a little crowded but overall the appointment went well did not have to wait long the staff were very respectful & professional. From beginning to end I was out their within an hour l would recommend to anyone.

Pleasant greeting from security guard as well as person checking us in. The entire visit took less than an hour. Everyone was professional and took their time while servicing us. Because we weren't rushed, it made us feel like they really cared.

I'm very please with the service Vanessa gave she was very helpful because I was having problems with my flex card and she was very patient with me until I was able to fix the problem with the insurance. She has a lot of people's skills. God's Blessings be with her.

The doctor was great but everything else could’ve been more efficient. If you’re using insurance, it’ll take about a month to receive your glasses unless you pay $$$ to get them sooner. (They advertise that you can get your glasses in an hour btw) When it comes time to pick up your glasses, you’d have to wait all over again (about 30 min) just to have them handed to you. Would not recommend this office.

Nothing but GREAT things to say about this place! Stay is Professional, respectful, and kind! A efficient office in the what looks like the "hood" of Los Angeles. (Though I'm not sure because I didn't care where they were.)
Just know, thus is an amazing place and I will be back! Some places are not efficient and this place is! I HIGHLY recommend this place and the reviews are proof they are steller! Thank you to ALL the staff and doctors for your kind services. ️?

This Eye Center is so awesome, they have very nice selections of frames and they treat you right during your visit. I highly recommend this place!

The place is wonderful Quick Pass and I used to go there when I was a kid now I'm growing up I'm going back thank you good job

Worst customer service including doctor all the employees have an ugly attitude. Even with an appt you'll be sitting there for a while.

Very professional staff and very helpful and nice and also answer questions on point you get in and out. I felt so much better when I left because they treated me well. ️

Good place, can be quick and yet some days especially busy time can be slow.
I prefer walk in but since coronavirus, I don't know protocol. Not everyone is computer savvy to make appt, so maybe calling to get appt will be another option hopefully, easier? What answer is best?

I call the eye clinic today after receiving a text to schedule an appointment and the person who answer the phone needs to be trained on customer service especially on how to speak to a customer she was very very rude. She picks up and stated very rudely that I have three people waiting before you and to just hold and place me on hold never gave me a chance to say anything. People like that should not be allowed to deal with customers now I'm concerning changing clinc.

I ordered my glasses on October 28,2021 I have been calling for two weeks, everytime I call I get a different answer, the staff refused to let me speak to a manager. I claimed the problem was with my insurance company, I called my insurance company and they paid L. A. Eye center on November 4,2021.

Was tryna replace my glass frame cuz it’s got broken. Refused to help me cuz “they’re not sure if they have the right glass frame” not even checking it out. Awful service. Never coming back again

My only issue was, why schedule an appointment when I still have to wait in a line for glasses pickup!? ! Doesn't make sense.

Waited 90” minutes for someone to see me & that time only lasted 15” minutes. Otherwise, this eye center is a valuable resource for the community. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service is superb

Everything was great except that I was overcharged. The sales person told me it was $89 for kids glasses and he charged me $129, at first I didn’t noticed since I was charged for the exam and other fee, but when I got home reviewed the receipt and noticed the overcharged, when I went to pick up the glasses I told the receptionist the overcharged she told me to speak with the sales person. When speaking with the sales person he was rude and defensive and wouldn’t admit of his overcharged instead came up for excuses and told me who they glasses were more expensive but he never mentioned that the day of purchase. I am so upset and I am still planning on calling and complain about him because what he did is dishonest and not fair to people, you can’t overcharged people and get away with it. Please be careful and try to avoid the same sales person. I couldn’t find the his name but he is an older Hispanic male with long hair. DO NOT GO WITH THAT SALESMAN!

I made an appointment easily and the visit was pleasant. Each person I came into contact with was polite and professional. Everyone wears a mask and you are offered hand sanitizer upon entering. They have a vast selection of frames and they patiently work with you while choosing your frames.

I did good by choosing L. A. Eye Center & Clinic. I like the how I was given an appointment immediately, as soon as I called, and I like how at wile the appointment, I got my eyes exam, & got to choose my frames for my prescription glasses. And now I enjoy being able to see good out of my Gucci glasses that I purchased at my appointment that day. Thank you L. A Eye Center & Clinic!
