They always get me in quickly and once I am in, the doctors take the time to ask questions and show true interest.

They exhausted my boyfriend’s vision benefits and gave him glasses that didn’t work at all after keeping him waiting for over a month. If you need magnifiers, maybe they can handle it. Otherwise, what a waste of time.

I travel from Claremont to take advantage of the excellent care provided by Dr. Matsuda and the entire staff of Los Angeles EyeCare Optometry Group. I moved to LA from Massachusetts in 2016 with a recommendation to seek out Dr. Kame. He had collaborated on a research project with my Dr.in Mass. I am delighted to have been referred to Dr. Matsuda and have recommended that my wife seek out her care.

This is the most detailed and extensive eye exam anywhere! Friendly and caring staff, place is clean as a whistle. Good selection of frames at all price levels. My glasses are made correctly the first time - never have to send back.

Everyone in the office is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr Matsuda has been my optometrist for 20 years, and has always taken excellent care of my eyes and vision needs. I highly recommend this practice!

I am just updating this post, as I noticed it was a couple of years old.
I just left the office this afternoon, after picking up a contact lens that was special ordered for me. I still is the very best office to go to, if you want your eyes to be taken care of in the best possible way, and have it done in a stress free atmosphere. Drs. Matsuda and Kame are way ahead of the curve.

The office is very professional in appearance and everyone from the receptionist, assistance and doctors are professional, kind and patience to insure that you are receiving the very best in care. I have been going to LA Eyecare for over 35 years. I have been a patient of Dr. Matsuda for over 30 years and she has always shown the care that you can only hope to expect from other doctors. Give LA Eyecare a chance to serve you!

The service and staff here are great! I found Dr. Akhamzadeh very helpful, and I’ve had great experience with the opticians (especially Julie) as well as the front staff. Their selection of wider frames is really good, too. I definitely recommend coming here!

The staff is GREAT, I cancelled my appointment and Ryan called to make sure that I was aware my son and I had booked at the same time, so glad Ryan called!
