Poorly ran. No transparency. Can’t speak to the local team that handles the work & delegation of scheduling. They don’t return calls nor do they care about paying customers. They lied about board up services “within the hour”. Can’t even get through to cancel this job order. They quoted us $620.00 (not a typo) for a single window replacement that was 11.5 inches by 30 inches. We ended up getting the job done for 38 bucks, by a professional, and the window looks perfect now. This place is the most overpriced ripoff I have ever seen.

Dont waste your time with these guys. Gustavo (Owner) from the top down will not respond, not do what you ask and waste your time. Better off calling someone else. Its too bad because I used them in the past and they did ok. The rep is a lie and not true. They knew all along to get the permits and we were going to pay for them as well. No matter if job is big or small, these guys are not to be trusted at this point. This time, no.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is by far the absolute worst company I have come across in all of my years of hiring any type of company to do anything. The communication by this company is horrible. The work done is horrible. The level of care and attention is horrible. They lie and are unapologetic. The Owner also refuses to communicate or step in to respond / deal with customer complaints. If you want to be miserable, hire this company. Otherwise, I suggest you use anybody but L. A. Glass.

Very responsive, courteous and did the job AT MY HOUSE for about $50 less than the best quote which required me to drive it over. Quick, on time, communicative as the window was broken and a security risk. I gave him the wrong size over the phone but they adapted and took care of me. Cannot ask for more. Thanks

This guy Carlos there installer came out & took wrong measurements and installed, now I have flimsy walls & leaky door in my shower, & they don't want to fix the problem
