Los Angeles International Airport reviews
8Fast and courteous TSA Pre-Check for the early day flights. Clean facility with lots of seating and charging stations for electronic devices. There’s plenty of stores & restaurants to shop and enjoy a meal.
I was in terminal 6. There wasn't much options of restaurants and shops. Can't kill time when you are waiting.
The WC in the international terminal is not clean, the free water for a drink has a test and not cold.
Too much crowded on arrivals & i waited 2 hors.
I love LA but i give 3 stars to the International Airport.
Huge airport with an incalculable number of terminals. Internal signage can be improved. It's hard to even find the exit. I was supposed to go to the shuttle transfer to the Hilton hotel, but it was difficult to find it. Asking the staff was helpful.
If traveling from the main concourses to the B Terminal for international flights, it's a 15 minute walk. Add luggage and other things it's a chore. There are FREE carts that shuttle you around to gates 201+. USE THE FREE CARTS! Also, if your traveling on Philippine Airlines DO NOT GO BACK OUT TO TICKETING! You have to go through security again if you do. Instead go directly to your gate and they issue your boarding pass there. The Duty Free is the the main hall when you enter. Grab what you need before your long walk!
There is too much traffic. Difficult to maneuver. Getting to the Bradley (for international flights) takes forever, so give yourself lots of time. If you can book through terminals 1 or 7 those are your best options.
Kids play area needs some updating, and signs to tell you how to find it! I asked several airport staff and if I got a response it wasnt the most helpful.
The domestic B terminal is very lack luster! So I recommend paying a little extra for the airport clubs if you have a long layover.
The staff throws away the suitcases, serves them reluctantly and only knows how to speak English, that is terrible, they should know how to speak at least several languages and take care of the suitcases. The lady told me she has delicate things in the suitcase, yes I told her, and she pulled it harder.
