Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport

I love Burbank airport, its still feels like California. No shuttle needed, super small airport. I do worry about a plane going off the runway and destroying the terminal!

This hotel was where my family stayed for two days. They work hard to provide us with the best service possible, going above and beyond our standards. The courteous and helpful staff at this hotel provided us with all we need.

Hotwl was very clean staff SUPER NICE.elevator didbt work and our shower was broken. But the people made it nice

Didn't realize until I was leaving that I had been there before, a pretty long time ago, for The Foundations Forum heavy metal convention. Good f*ckin times!
I'm pretty sure the rooms, although nice, still look the same.

It was a ok stay Parking is $24 A-day When I want to check out Found out they world drinks order to my RoomI called they remove them but beware Look at your statement before you leave

Out of the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, tucked away in Burbank. Staff is very accommodating. They changed our room when we made a last minute request, helped arrange rides in the local area, and were generally very nice people. The lobby is always very well taken care of, as is the rest of the property. Would definitely recommend to others visiting Burbank.

This mobile key check in is nonsense! I checked in last night using the app, a day before our reservation because I wanted a smooth process. I also requested early check in. Showed up and still here waiting for notification saying our room is ready. Takes an entire day to get a room ready! Called and spoke with a lady at the front desk before I arrived, who was very abrasive. She told me they didn't have a room ready but looks like they're in the room cleaning so by the time we arrive at 12: 40 it might be ready. " Now they're telling us it's because we requested high floor why it's taking so long. Even though the room was booked on June 24,2019. Oh and there are kids running wild all over the lobby, unsupervised. This hotel should be rated 1 star

They kicked everyone out at 12pm! "Monsters of LA" was the event we attended. I was told there was no late check out for anyone at 11: 55 am. I grabbed my belongings in a rush and was met at the door by a female hotel employee (1st pic, woman to the right) who was knocking on with a heavy fist and opening doors making sure individuals knew it was time to go. As I walked down the hallway 2 people with bags were looking for the stairwell to get out quicker because the elevators were crowded. As I arrived at the elevator I was greeted with a group who were forced out as well (2nd pic). Once in the lobby, it looked like check in at a college dorm but everyone was exiting. The valet staff was running all over the place but cars were piling up in front of the hotel (hence pics 3-6) because of this mass exodus. The crazy part is that they do not clean either of my rooms until until on average 4 PM each of the 5 nights we stayed here. Hell one night housekeeping knocked at 3: 45 pm and we asked for 5 minutes allow us to exit for dinner and they would have freedom to clean accordingly. We left only to return to an uncleaned room? Check in is not until 4 pm and for us coming from the east coast that is a 7pm check in after a 6 hr flight. The staff at the front desk, valet and check in were exceptional and that is the only reason I did not give one

This place has a outside patio and bar with T. Vs playing baseball. You can watch the ESPN channel here. Went here to drop off some riders while driving for Uber they are cool.

We have stayed here for at least ten years, but learned that we could not use the concierge room for breakfast and respite unless we went "up another level. " Ten years. Surprisingly disappointing, since we use this service at ALL other properties.

Great hotel. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 restaurants. Great patio seating area. Concierge lounge is available too.

Nice place. Room 860. The ice machine was draining all night, but it was actually a nice white noise.

Right next to BUR. Highly recommend staying the night there if you have a morning departure and want to avoid LA traffic. Great rooms, staff, pools and bar/restaurant.

Location was great, my room had a view, valet was fast, I slept so well in the comfy beds and all the staff was very nice.

Nice staff and nice conference rooms. Staff was extremely accommodating to all the needs of the group. Would definitely recommend.

I met my best friend who was staying there. Was a very nice, well kept and clean place. We had drinks at the outside bar and the service was on point.

Went to celebrate 25th anniversary, it was a wonderful experience, the room was great, they provided a wonderful gift basket. It was very nice.

Great location to grab a drink before heading to the airport or going up to your room, they have patio with a bar the perfect place to eat and drink outside near the airport

Went here for a convention, the convention Center itself isn't too bad for maybe a 3k person event, anything more and you're ousting the space limits. Staff was kind and helpful whenever I interacted with someone, and there's a variety of food in walking distance.

Great amenities. Friendly staff. Clean and well-designed facilities. And you can walk there from the airport!
