I'm disappointed, I've been there for several months and I've only had x-rays, and someone called me with a question and they never answered me

The wait time is over an hour sometimes do to bad scheduling and once you see the Dr it goes real quick.

Dr. Sobeck and staff are always very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate everything they have done and continue to do for me.

1st visit here. The PA was nice, friendly, and listened.
The doctor asked questions and listened. He explained thoroughly. I don't understand easily, but I felt like he did an excellent job explaining. I left feeling knowledgeable. I felt comfortable not rushed.

Great Doc. Office is busy all the time…. Inside room waits are long! Sometime almost 1hr! Otherwise great facility.

Dr Sobeck is one of the best doctors ever. He listens to his patients’ concerns and doesn’t treat you like a number. I highly recommend him.

Edit: FYI Just found out the office closes from 12pm-1pm for lunch, so do not go there at that time. Door will be locked.

What An incredible doctors visit in and out everybody did exactly what they're supposed to do. Best of their ability. Doctor was great thank you very much.

Their doctor is fine. But their stuff is horrible! Trust all the other reviews online complaining their staff and don't think they were just unlucky.

When making appointments, their phone never get through. After four five times you finally get through, they put you on hold god knows how long. And then you schedule an appointment and show up at your time, guess what? You DIDN’T have an appointment. You’ll need luck if they could find you a spot to squeeze you in.

When they send medicine to your pharmacy, which they mess up 2 out of 3 times! Because of the prior experience, when the nurse is sending the medicine to my pharmacy, I was standing in front of her computer and wait, asked: did you send it? She said yes, I just did. Then I left thinking I was careful and smart. Next day when I go pick up at the pharmacy, guess what, nothing was sent for me! This exact situation happened to me twice when I only visited three times! Then you have to call back their office a million times hoping someone will answer then wait and hope someone would actually taking care of it. Oh, forgot to mention, last time this happened, I had to physically go into their office and ask about the medicine to be sent, cause they never call you back.

I like my doctor Kanjiya, but this horrible experience at the office, not until the day he’s the only doctor on earth who can treat me, I’m never going back.

Doctor's are good the rest is just a headache, terrible customer service NO PHONE CALLS ANSWERED, no return calls when you leave a message staff will not call back, staff has no business in Healthcare! If you need edd assistance forget it its not happening chances you may loose edd benefits do to their lack of communication and service are very high, they have been reported to EDD for lack of service, this office should be closed period, in process reporting this business to BBB.should not be opened.
