Doctors good staff is terrible have no business in health care, you will never get a call answered, if you leave a message no call back God forbid you need Edd assistance to the point CAEDD has them as one of the worst services in sherman oaks chances are you may loose benefits going to this place just terrible patient service will not solve any issues that arise from their lack of service, I do not recommend they create more problems for patients already in distress.

Dr. Samson and the Los Angeles Orthopedic Center office personnel (front desk and medical associates) provided an excellent consultation experience, assessed my particular condition and provided me with prescriptive recommendations to treat my issues utilizing, a steroid injection into the affected area, a series of PT sessions, OTC pain management and supplementals to improve my future quality of life. Dr. Samson explained and recommended these options and also explained the surgery option at the far end of these recommended conservative prescriptions.
Dr. Samson has excellent, honest and warm communication skills, and explained in clear, easy-to-understand language my x-ray and his diagnosis of my problem.

I did not have to wait long for my appointment. The staff was extremely efficient. Dr. Samson listened and gave me confidence that my diagnosis was correct and treatment going forward would be exactly what is warranted. I feel I am good hands.

Dr Shin has been fantastic for me. We aren’t still in the middle of this process but so far five stars to him and his staff.

Best care in California, excellent treatments, amazing Doctor's, with a high level of intelligence to make me feel great, easy to communicate with the staff for any questions and appointments. Overall is the greatest Orthopedic Center in California.

Dr. Shin offered a solution to help heal my son's very badly sprained ankle quickly and effectively, after we had already been to Urgent Care and the ER, each of which had not provided any guidance forward for dealing with the pain.

Everything went well but I'm still waiting on my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy.

Was so Impressed with Dr. Chim his nurses, and stuff really Profesional, Kindness, Understandable, in my mother first visit felt so confident piece explaining her situation thank you so much for everything.

Horrible office spoke to Izzy in the front desk and manger Melanie but both were very unhelpful make people waste their time. Izzy rude but what do you expected with manager that is so irresponsible. So call manager is horrible with communication make sure you call to confirm your appointment before wasting your time. You have to make sure you talk to them like a little kids to make sure its clear. Like manager said they do not have a steady front desk and she probably forgot to give it to the front desk to enter the patient in the system. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I have had the pleasure of interacting with a Korean-speaking individual who is extremely polite, kind, and professional. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but I believe that her warm smile has played a significant role in alleviating all of my back pains.

I had an emergency open reduction internal fixation ankle surgey in Mammoth. Called LA Orthopedic Center to do my follow-ups and remove my staples in 2 weeks. I was told "My doctor won't see you and you need to go back to the doctor who performed the surgery". Expect me to drive 5 hours back to Mammoth for follow-ups? This facility is obviously just in it for the money and don't care to help patients. They should accommodate patients whether not the surgery was performed at their facility.

My father had excruciating lower back pain due to a pinched nerve caused by the degeneration of the spaces between the discs on his spine He also lost the use of his legs because he had sustained some nerve damage. Dr. Tae Shin performed spinal surgery and implanted some screws and rods to prevent more nerve damage and to straighten the spine. The day after the surgery my father's pain was completely gone. Now, six months later, he is able to walk and can enjoy life once again. God blessed us when Dr. Shin was placed in my father's path. We are so grateful to Dr. Shin for his knowledge, skill, and kind treatment of my father. His staff is very nice as well. Thank you for everything Dr. Shin and God bless you.
