I’ve been at the Santa Clarita office at least 10+ times now and each time I’ve been here has been the best! The ladies at the front counter have been so pleasant and helpful. Even when they are super busy, they take the time to help. The PA, Nora is amazing and very knowledgeable and is able to answer my questions so I can understand the issue. I highly recommend this office!

They cannot get their scheduling done right. Scheduled me for 1145 only to call same morning at 9 asking if I could come in earlier to which I said no. I arrive and am having to wait until 1pm after telling me i would be seen at 1230 becuase they decided to change my appointment time so the doctor to take a video meeting. If it wasn't for my insurance I would find a different group

Dr Malafa is one super doctor. Before the surgery he took the time to not only mark my hand so I knew where the cuts would be but explained what he'd be doing in detail. I stated that I wished I could see the surgery, it sounded cool, he wrote down the YouTube lookup to watch it. I was so impressed not only with him but with the surgery. He's the first dr that has heard me when I asked. WTG Dr Malafa. YOU ROCK!
