I must say that Dr. Ramadan is hands down one of the best doctors in this area. She is always so kind and takes her time, and I have yet to be disappointed by her treatments. Her office is really nice, the free parking is also a plus, and even the staff are great. If I had a sick friend or family member Dr. Ramadan is who I would trust them to go to. I hope you're not sick, but if you do need a doctor, make sure to come here.

I have had multiple great experiences at Los Angeles Primary Care. The staff are all very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I like the convenience of getting blood work and vaccines in office. I recommend this office for your primary care needs.

Did not feel cared for or listened to and there was minimal attention to detail at best.my concerns were not addressed and I was told “all looks fine” when I had a borderline vitamin D deficiency. I also thought I booked with Sera, but the staff put me with a male doctor instead without even giving me a heads up that was happening.then they blamed me for not looking on my app.do not recommend!

STAY AWAY!
Just when I thought I finally found the perfect PCP.they're scammers.
Your yearly physical is free with insurance, this is a widely known fact. Yet when I went for my physical, they still tried to charge me a copay. I had to explain to them that this is for my annual physical and there is no copay and then they backed off. But if I didn't, they would've charged me.
I had to get bloodwork done (it's an extra cost doing it there so I got it done elsewhere) and when the results came in, they asked me to meet with a nurse right away, as if something was wrong. I was on vacation so I booked my appointment not thinking much of it.
Now it's the day of said appointment and they want to charge me a copay for it! So messed up when they are the one's who said I needed this follow up. Luckily they messaged me before the appointment so I told them to cancel it, I don't even need it. I looked at my blood results and everything is the same as it was before. Now to see if they try to charge me a fee for cancelling. I will be fighting it!

Has a really big parking lot, friendly staff, and clean facilities. Had a really great experience with everyone that I encountered and would definitely recommend others.

Dr. Ramadan is phenomenal! She has such a warm manner and is a great listener, and it's the only clinic that puts me at ease. Her staff are patient and efficient so I've only had great experiences with them. Plus I love that the decor is so chic too! Highly recommend.

Disclaimer: The following rating is a reflection of my most recent follow up visit at Los Angeles Primary care. My initial visit with Dr. Ramadan was great. However, she is currently on maternity leave and my experience with the staff covering in her absence was quite the opposite.

I would like to start by saying that again, my initial visit with Dr. Ramadan was nothing short of amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate enough to listen to my concerns in order to navigate a treatment plan with the most effective care. Unlike my experience with Dr. Noel, the physician who covered today’s visit of whom I feel treated me like a number.

Due to recent job loss, I now pay for my office visits out of pocket. I was told via Spruce that I would only be responsible for the lab fee, as for I only needed one specific test. I later expressed that a previously prescribed medication was ineffective and I was told that we would discuss further details during my upcoming visit. However, an additional office fee was not mentioned.

Upon arriving to my follow up visit, I was checked in by Wendy who began to go over the reason for my follow up visit. Then further explained that due to my request to switch a previously prescribed medication, I would also need to pay an additional $175 for an office visit since this would now be considered a consultation.

I explained to her that the additional fee was not mentioned previously, and that she could verify the amount originally agreed upon via Spruce. Having to make such a quick decision between paying an additional $175 that I did not have to spare, or forfeiting the visit while remaining uncomfortable with a prescription that was not effective would cause anyone to worry.

I was then informed that I would be seeing a different physician due to Dr. Ramadan being on maternity leave of which I was also not privy to. I assured Wendy that there must have been a lapse in communication, and regardless my main objective was to improve my condition. She continued to speak with me in a very condescending manner, asking if I wanted her to charge my card or not. Which in my opinion is a poor representation of the standard that Dr. Ramadan upholds in her office. Wendy lacked empathy, emotional intelligence, overall professionalism, and should not be the first person that a patient encounters at a medical office.

Again, Dr. Sera Ramadan is one of the best primary care physicians that I have encountered thus far. However, the level of care and overall morale of the office is not the same in her absence. I will not be returning for a visit until she is back from maternity leave.

In response to ”owner” reply:

As I explained to Wendy and the other young lady at the reception desk, there was a lapse in communication. Although, I was not expecting the additional fee my main goal was to discuss an alternative medication option.

My concern is how I was spoken to, and the manner of which the discrepancy was handled. Wendy was unprofessional, and I should have never been spoken to that way.

Absolutely the best primary care partner I could imagine! Started working with the team when I was 3 months post partum and they’ve been incredible partners in my health journey.

While Dr. Ramadan herself was lovely, the office and model they run on was so disheartening. I had blood work scheduled early in the morning and woke up with a headache and dizziness. To go to my appointment meant I would have had to contribute fasting when I needed food, and get blood drawn when already lightheaded. I sent a message with an hour an advance saying I needed to cancel my appointment. I received a bill of $100 where they had already charged my card on file (they had shared a cancellation policy form, but how can anyone anticipate being sick?). When I sent a message expressing this, I received a letter saying they would no longer provide me care. I am so shocked and disappointed in this lack of compassion.

I adore Dr. Ramadan. She is relatable and always listens. I enjoy the whole experience from the free parking lot to the nicely decorated office. These things make a huge difference for me, especially, when going to the doctor is not usually fun. Another highlight is that they respond timely on their online chat system (Spruce). It's a huge perk, when in the past, I'd have to call or be put on hold for ages. All around a fantastic doctor, staff, and experience. Highly recommend!

Dr Ramadan and her entire staff give a timely responses to questions and requests.
They are professional and courteous. They are accessible through email and phone. They consistently express caring and concern when dealing with my aunt.
