LAPMG recently did some maintenance in my home. They sent worker who was very respectful, friendly, most important knew he knew what he was doing. He repaired the problem and I have not had to call LAPMG for the same problem like I have in the past. I love the on line portal. I don't have to leave my home to pay my rent I just pay on line. No late fee, No stamps, envelopes, No chance of getting lost in the mail. No Worries.

What a great property management company. Easy to use portal to log in the repair and they were on it the next day. The absolute best. I couldn't ask for better.

This management group just took over from a previous landlord and the changes were very welcome from the transition to everything being online to the responsiveness of repairs.

Im a resident at one of the properties and LAPM has been a great transition from the previous management group. They always respond quickly to any Maintenance requests and have done a great job staying in alignment with all COVID safe measures.

It was a Saturday afternoon when the electricity went off in my apartment, one of the workers that was about to leave helped me make the maintenance request and waited for it to go though. After that he fixed the problem and made sure all the outlets were working. I’m really thankful for the rapid response, and for the worker that helped me.

I am renting my place out while I reside overseas, and I have to say Elisa and her team are fantastic in keeping me informed about all concerns big and small, and managed to coordinate any maintenance and rent issues with the utmost professionalism in a timely manner. Elisa is such a blessing in my busy toddler-filled life. David, you have a great team!

Recently I requested for my fan to be fixed and because the light was not turning on once we turned it off to use the fan. Maintenance was able to replace my ceiling fan and I am a happy tenant.

All I can say is that when it comes to maintenance they really get the job done!
Had no issues or problems when it comes to how fast and prompt their response.

I had issues with the restroom pipes and after 5 calls they send plumber 3 times to fix it then after 3 more calls they send someone to patch the wall now is been a month and no one has come to paint and glue the sink back so I guesa I have to call another 3 times again. I've been having issues with thw garage door key pad and still not fix either.

The building is maintained well, and management is helpful. They were very prompt with handling my maintenance request to repair the refrigerator. No issues here.

All the apartment stuff can be done easily online and maintenance requests are responded to quickly. I had an electrician out and not only was he knowledgeable and could fix the problem, he even took a minute to explain what the problem was to me.

Los Angeles Property Management Group has been great. They've managed my building for a while now and are very professional, quick to respond to issues, have an easy to use tenant login system and great customer service. I can't recommend them enough.

This management group is always quick to respond and quick to arrive at our rental unit for repairs.

I am very pleased with the quality of their maintenance personnel and the timely response to repair requests. I have lived here for 26 years and am happy to report that after only 2 months since they took over property management, their professionalism shines through.

So far so good! My boyfriend and I just moved into a LAPMG unit in January and we needed maintenance on the front door. The website they have for maintenance is very user friendly and you even can pay your rent online! They came and preformed the maintenance very quickly and it was exactly what we needed. Los Angeles property management group really deserves some praise. They have exceeded my expectations when it comes to any work order, and overall maintenance of the building. They provide an effective and timely response. I'm very pleased to have them servicing my residential needs.

LAPMG sent me a great repair guy who quickly fixed my toilet and interior pocket door! He also noticed my front door handle was loose and fixed that as well. I am very pleased with his repair work.

I am very pleased so far with LAPMG and how they manage the property I live in. Every time I have a work order, they promptly send a maintenance tech to fix the issue. I also like how everything is done online with a simple to use system when paying rent and creating maintenance requests. Our property manager Mayra is also very helpful when we have any issues in the unit. She is quick to get back to us and always makes sure we are completely satisfied. I highly recommend renting an apartment managed by LAPMG.
