Tried to get a job here. Interviewer screwed up the Zoom meeting times they scheduled with me (they did apologize only after I called). I lost valuable time preparing for waiting for no one to show up. Then they wanted to reschedule the Zoom meeting for later that day. I couldn't do it due to other appointments. A few days later, the job is closed. I called again. In addition, all correspondence was nameless. Not one person identified themselves except Josie.

It's too bad. I'm highly qualified and so very local. Doesn't sound very professionally run in HR department.

Blessing in disguise?

I found them to have great prices and very friendly and helpful customer service. I hope the comments about how they treat their employees is untrue. If not I hope they address those issues and treat their employees as well as they treated me.

I was in a pinch and needed some gear quickly. The fine folks at LA Rag House were not only pleasant to deal with, they were very responsive and got me set up with everything I needed for my shoot. Love the staff, love the stuff. They have a loyal customer from here on out.

Really well-priced sandbags - best I found in LA at least. They weren't ready when I was initially told they would be but made it up by meeting me where I live to hand-deliver them well in advance of the screening. That's a good business - they know how to make up for when they make mistakes! Very friendly, good vibes too. Definitely happy to buy from them again.

The owners are abusive & awful. I sued this company along with the California Labor Board - I won the case. They treat their employees like trash. The turnover rate is huge! The pay rate does not equal the workload & expectations. Also, one must tolerate verbal abuse from Jeff (the owner) as well. The husband/wife team airs their toxicity on a daily basis. The products are lackluster. They offer the same boring materials at overpriced rates. Horrible Bosses & Horrible Business!
