I feel as if I'm visiting with friends who happened to be skilled in eye care. At the same time they are punctual, professional and courteous. Most of all, although the healthcare system is often sited for it's carelessness with patients' needs, these technicians are diligent and not afraid to refer you to someone else for specific needs.

I have been going to LA Vision Center for a few years and love the doctor and the staff—they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! And they have a nice selection of frames

As someone who grew up having bad experiences going to an optometrist, LAVC made it enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly from beginning to end. Thank you to Sonia, Exa and the wonderful doctor that helped me! They were patient, informative and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment.

I was in town visiting from out of state when I started having pretty severe eye pain. I called and the team worked with Dr. Bayan Naime to get me in the same day! Dr. Naime was able to diagnose and treat me right away. She is compassionate, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend Dr Naime and the team there to anyone looking for eye care in the area.

I love going to LA Vision Center and that’s weird to like going tot he optometrist but this place makes you feel so well taken care of. Dr. Naime is very sweet, funny and thorough and Sonia will make sure you get the best glasses and has incredible attention to detail. I brought in my favorite pair of glasses that had been stepped on and thought they. Couldn’t be fixed and she worked her magic! Dr. Naime also told me she wasn’t sure if I could convert my favorite pair of sunglasses into prescription but Sonia made it happen! If you don’t have prescription sunglasses do yourself a favor and get some…life changer!

Had a GREAT experience! The welcoming staff was patient, understanding, and quite charming with their care and attention. Displaying an easy-going rapport with one another that helped to relaxed me. I had the privilege of over-hearing one staff member in particular, named Sonya, who, in addition to having her hands tied in paperwork and packaging, made sure her staff confirmed the quality of a late shipment of glasses that seemed to contain some features that they thought the customer might not approve of but were preparing to call him to come in and verify to safe. Sonya stopped her staff, then used her knowledge of the customer’s preferences and concerns with previous glasses to make sure this new shipment matched, not just the prescription and look of the glasses, but that the size of the nose piece and materials used (something the customer had been vague about in writing) matched what the customer had expressed liking previously. She explained to her staff since so much time had already been taken from the shipment being late she wanted to save the customer time from having to come in, see it, and tell the staff to send it back. Once acceptable quality was confirmed, she asked the staff member who had been contact with the supplier to get her, not just the number, but the name of the representative who was found out to be the reason why the shipment was late in the first place to make sure that it didn’t happen again. It’s reassuring to see this type of customer service happening behind the scenes, when the customers aren’t present or the staff isn’t aware customers are watching!

Sonia and the rest of the team here are amazing! So much attention to detail. I had some pretty specific requests for my prescription glasses and wasn’t having have any luck getting those wishes fulfilled at several places around town. Feeling a bit deflated I decided to try LAVC and Sonia got me everything I wanted and I am a very happy camper. This will be my go-to spot with any of my vision needs. Thank you Sonia and LA Vision Center staff! You guys are the best!

I forgot to put on my contacts today and just really needed someone to help me out as I had more contacts at home and didn’t need to get a whole box. I called and offered to pay for a pair today but Marcy was so kind and just asked me to email my prescription because if she had a trial pair in stock, she would just help me out. Her customer service definitely just sold me to want to purchase from LA Vision center in the future. Thank you Marcy for being such a sweet human!

This is the best experience I've ever had getting eyeglasses! They have a good and varied selection of frames and extremely helpful, professional staff. LAVC went the extra mile to turn around my prescription really fast. Marcie was a huge help to me in selecting the right eyeglasses! If you need a new prescription, they have a very thorough diagnostic system that also checks your eye health. My prescription was perfect!
