Los Chilaquiles, Chula Vista CA

This place is amazing when it comes to chilaquiles. I love the fact that they have a sauce of everyone's taste buds. I like mine spicy spicy and they have just the sauce for it. My wife is more on the mild side and my 2-year-old gets the non-heat.the flavor is great and the texture. The other plus is the service and price.

I decided to come here to study a little before my yoga. The server was amazing by recommending breakfast plate to me and explaining everything that’s in a plate. She brought me two different hot sauce and even checked to make sure I enjoyed my meal. Highly recommend this place if you want a good atmosphere, service and food!

We had been here prior to this visit yesterday. They used to be more authentic. We ordered the chilaquiles and the enchiladas. The chilaquiles were dry and had very little flavor, were missing cheese and it was only tortillas (we paid $4 extra to throw in a scrambled egg in there after praying almost 15 for the chilaquiles. The enchiladas had also very little cheese and the chicken inside had no flavor. I asked for extra cheese and they gave me the same type (some cotija type cheese) which usually enchiladas come with melted cheese and they only dribble the cotija to garnish it. The potatoes were good and the lady was nice (hence the 3 stars) not very authentic Mexican food so I won’t be going back.

Had the carnitas sopes and my partner had the green chiaquiles. Our waitress was Betty, and she was great.

The chilaquiles, the tortilla was stale, as were the potatoes and beans, but the horchata water tasted like soap: (

I could have finished the rolled tacos if not for the last one that was a leftover. There was a bite in on the rolled taco. I didn’t finish my food. I called the attention of your server and she went inside to tell whoever was the food preparer. Of course your server will cover for her coworkers. My mistake was I didn’t take a picture of the rolled taco. Bottom line, do not recycle leftovers. Had I taken a picture I would have forwarded it to the county’s department of health. Lesson learned for us. Never again.

Good I didn’t bite into it. I’ll never go there again. This is the los chaquiles inside Otay ranch mall. We didn’t finish our food. This happened today 4/17/23. I forgot to take a picture but showed it to the server.

Such a convenient and yummy little place. The food is great! Easy to park and service is usually good and quick.

The food was cold unflavored, but the shocking thing was the janitor was taking the trash out with her hands not with the bag, and she was cleaning the tables with the same gloves I got sick that is so unhealthy imagine how many germs go into the tables and she was doing that like it was normal.

Delicious food and great place, the flavor is authentic, the portions are generous, and definitely a must try!

The best chilaquiles in San Diego CA! Redignifying AUTHENTIC Mexican food in another country.

The food was fresh and delicious. I'm very picky so for me to give five stars is because they did excellent. They are located in the Otay ranch Mall in the food court. Although the seating is in the food court they come and serve you like a regular restaurant. Our waitress was very nice, service was quick, yet food hot and fresh. Our first time here and we will definitely be back.

All the food is super fresh and the orange juice is fresh squeezed. Customer service is top notch and so is the foood. Outdoor seating is fun with the perfect cali weather
