Los Cuates Taqueria reviews
16Small vibe, cute and homey. Love the salsa bar and free chips of course. The cheese pull of the enchiladas was so satisfying!
The pastor burrito was great, although the fried tortilla bowl for the taco salad was rancid
Nice, clean place. Great service. Generous servings at a reasonable price. Delicious food, tasty guacamole. Lots of free street parking.
This is by far the best Mexican food. The nachos are my favorite. I used to work close by and would come for lunch all the time. Now when I visit the area, I always stop for some los quates after arriving at the airport. The Best.
HUGE portions! Order the enchilada style al pastor burrito. GREAT homemade salsas! SUPER YUMMY!
The lady at the register needs learn how to speak and understand English before she can even get mad. Bad enough, I had to deal with her attitude. Let alone, the food was dry as hell. Nasty attitude with nasty food. No Bueno. Have to go to the mission to get good burritos. Salsa, sour cream, and guacamole didn't even help.
Staff was super friendly and treats you like family. The enchilada style super burrito is MUCHO GRANDE. DELICIOUS FOOD.
One of my go to places in SSF for burritos. It can definitely get crowded and expect longer wait times, especially on a Friday night.
Just recently had a quesabirria tacos and they were fire. Had some grilled chicken nachos and that was tasty as well. The grilled chicken has a lot of flavor.
Haven't really had anything I didn't like. Highly recommend the agua frescas as well.
This is more of a fast food experience. Order your food at the counter and they will bring your food to the table or to-go. Had their burrito and tacos, bowl of chips were included.
We eat here regularly and are always happy with the food. My favorite is the chorizo burrito, but quesadillas are also excellent.
Nice little Taqueria near the See's factory on El Camino. Our friend had the shrimp plate that he liked a lot. They do offer a burrito "enchilada style", basically a wet burrito with cheese and sour cream on the outside. Nice people, polite. No fountain sodas, just can or bottle. Only thing in a cup was at least 3 flavors of horchata.
These are the best fish tacos I have had in ages! They use a bass, and give a generous portion. Ask them to grill them with a light brush of their orange sauce - will give a beautiful amount of heat. Overall - an absolute best value! Wow!
Went here 4 times. The last time I went will be my last. I ordered the same burrito every time. All other times I got a big delicious burrito. The last time I went I received a burrito that wouldn't satisfy a hungry homeless person. When I asked why it was so small I was told it's always that size. I laughed and said that's funny because I order the same burrito every time and it's always bigger than this. It was sad. So F this place and their food.
Just tried there carne asada plate its really nice to eat a lot and not feel guilty and its fresh.
So far sooo goood!
I love the shrimp tacos and bean and cheese burritos. Rest of my fam also love the quesadillas and steak tacos. Their chips and salsas are a nice and delicious touch as well. I don't love their guac, but I'm picky - it's pretty standard as far as taqueria guac goes. Staff is friendly and location/service is convenient for a quick bite.
We just picked up some dinner. Two Chile relleno dinners with rice and beans and 3 carne asada tacos. The chili's for the chile rellenos were not cooked and the rice had no flavor. When I tried to call to speak to a manager, the person answering the telephone only speaks Spanish and kept trying to get me to order more food. If I go in tomorrow to talk to the manager, I will let them know. Otherwise, I will not be going back and no, I do not recommend them. It's unfortunate, really because their food was good last week!
