Los Feliz Golf Course reviews
8 This place is straight trash. I called to ask if there were lights since we had an evening tee time and the man on the phone said yes. We get there and there are no lights, we had to leave by the 6th hole cause of how dark it was. The greens look like they’ve been around since WW2 and are absolutely CRATERED. There was a senile man walking around with AN flip flop on jumping on people’s holes. The entire course was more clapped than that one Jahre G80 in corona. There was a porty potty on the T box for the 6th hole. And the pro shop is a shack with a person inside and it smells like mildu. Can’t believe I drove 2 hours for this. They should’ve paid me $9 to play the course.
Pain.
Great 9 hole Golf course for a small fee. I come here all the time with the boys and have a good time
Greens are consistently bad but for an hour of pitch and putt it is worth the price if you have a players card. You can get away with a nine a wedge and a putter. And most of the day you can play alone and hit 2-3 balls per hole. The restaurant is good.
Absolute joke of an establishment. 30 minutes to play 2 holes! Horrible management, don't waste your time.
The lady at the front is extremely unorganized it took 20 minutes to pay and rent 2 clubs, absurd waste of time. She also had an attitude with us the moment we got there. Terrible customer service what happened to the customer is always right!? The course is nice the only reason I’m giving this 2 stars.
Nice course for beginners and short game. Also the fairways are tree-lined so hitting straight is a must.
Golf is a tricky thing, and I've shared a strong love-hate relationship with the game for over 30 years. As a wee lad, I learned the game on this course with my grandpa and little cousins, struggling to figure out the best way to navigate this short but challenging little gem of a course located next to the 5 freeway and the LA River neighboring Griffith Park.
Probably my new favorite nine hole. It’s local, the holes are decently challenging and fun.
The experience on this course was pretty great overall. The greens were kept fairly trimmed and clean. I think the holes tend to clog up at certain ones but it’s not too long of a wait. I think if they added another 10 mins in between tea times it would keep it flowing.
I’d definitely come here again and also try out the restaurant right in front. Just be aware that parking can get very very limited on peak days like a Saturday. I had to park half a block away to get there so I would plan to get there 30 mins before your tea time.
