As a registered Dental Assistant with more than 20 years of experience with general and specialists dentists, I must say that everyone at Los Gatos Dental Specifically are, very caring, professional and quick.
Dr Oz Simel (oral surgeon) is very gentle and knowledgeable, I loved the way he extracted and bone grafted my tooth with the least discomfort a Two thumbs up.

Dr. Puccinelli and staff are helpful and very nice. Dr. P took the time to thoroughly review my issues, and explained next steps. I really feel confident I will receive very good care.

My experience at Los Gatos dental specialists were exceptional. Dr. Peter Lou is who did my procedure, I have to say it was way better than I thought it would be. Everyone was friendly and worked to accommodate the situation. Felt there was a little miscommunication on the procedure vs consultation; not sure if from my dentist or not. Needed to be seen to see what options were for my tooth issue. Once figured out it went well; however, now have to wait until October for a consult with Oral Surgeon - hopefully a consult appt time will be available before then so we can figure out the next plan of attack on my tooth.

The Worst dental office ever! You have been warned to stay away. They are greedy unethical liars. They look at you not as a patient but walking dollar bills. If you're healthy or don't fall for their schemes of selling you unnecessary extra services, they intentionally do a lousy job to stop you from visiting there and keep pressuring you to pay for extra services.
This is the first dental office I have seen or heard of that asked me to pay $45 for fluoride saying that it's not covered by your insurance! It has always been covered by my insurance. But still to be sure I called my insurance company after this visit and even they said that's ridiculous as fluoride is always covered!
And they did a lousy cleaning just because I was non-committal about the unnecessary services they wanted to do to make money. They didn't even polish my teeth or floss afterwards and yeah no fluoride either!

Easy peasey. No muss, no fuss. Larry was my endodontist that did my root canal. He's been doing them for 30 years, so no surprise he made it so easy.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Los Gatos Dental Specialist during my recent root canal procedure (words I never thought would come out of my mouth). From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff at the front desk. I was sent forms to fill out prior to my appointment, making check in a breeze. They made me feel welcome and comfortable right away, setting the tone for the rest of my visit.
Assistant Rosalyn was incredibly caring and attentive throughout the entire process. Her gentle approach and reassuring demeanor truly put me at ease, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

Not only did he perform the root canal with precision and efficiency, but he also took the time to check on my comfort throughout the procedure. His friendly and approachable nature made me feel comfortable asking questions, and he provided thorough explanations, which I greatly appreciated.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dental office. Root canal took literally 10 minutes and no pain whatsoever. He was very engaged and answered all of my questions and def put me at ease. Taj Mahal of dental offices. Beautiful office.

The office is clean & modern. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. The dentist Lawrence provides pain free treatment while working efficiently. He keeps the patient informed during the various steps of the treatment. He is happy to answer any questions and cares about your well being.

My first experience with an Orthodentist.was soooo cool! The doctor, Dr Puccinelli is very patient, understanding & explains everything as he goes about the process of root canaling. At first I was a bit nervous but within minutes I felt okay. His Asst, Rosie too was very helpful & so were the ladies at the check in! A good visit with a good doctor!

I had to get a special root canal this week as we discovered I had an infection from a dead nerve. Dr. Larry P was so kind, friendly, helpful - he somehow made the experience fun! I learned so much and I was in and out of the chair within 20 minutes! I’m incredibly grateful!

Dr. Peter Lyu and his staff at Los Gatos Dental Specialists were succinct and professional from the start of my extraction to implant journey. My appointment was nearly a month out from my initial consultation and I was concerned whether I should push for the extraction earlier at Dr. Lyu’s alternate office. He assured me that the wait would be fine. The week prior to my extraction I was able to manage any potential infection with antibiotics. On extraction day Dr. Lyu had impeccable timing and outstanding chair side manner. I didn’t feel anything and focused on saying farewell to my molar after all these years. He was done in 25 minutes! His assistant provided simple and easy follow up steps which helped heal as expected one week later. More to come in 5 months for my implant preparedness.
