I have been coming here for 5 years for the fluff and fold service. Theres been some turnover during the pandemic. This place was killer for so long, but now, the last 3 times I've been here, I've gotten my clothes back with missing socks, everything folded funky where I need to refold it at home, someone is folding T shirts into 5"x5" squares so you can't tell what shirt it is. I've had 5 or 6 items come back with the color ruined because they weren't separated correctly. Super bummed in this place now. It used to be so good! Sorry guys still appreciate the small business but you've lost mine

These socks were bright orange yesterday

Been coming to this laundromat since 2008 and never had such bad experience as I did tonight. I called before we got to the laundromat to make sure we would be able to do our laundry and fold our clothes without any inconvenience. The guy who answered the phone (light skin, skinny Hispanic) said, it was okay, as long as we got there before 10: 30pm. He saw us getting there around 10: 15pm and he saw how much clothes we had. Well, when our clothes are ready to be put on the dryer he tell us that we need to be out before 12 midnight. There’s no way all these clothes will be dried and folded before 12! He should’ve know better about the time the washers take and time for the driers and the time folding. I called the laundromat over at Virgil and asked if they’ll let us dry and fold our clothes at their facility and they said it’s fine. What an incompetent employee!
