There's 2 different places. They supply live chickens here female and male. The owner is the one who will get the chicken for you. You either come with your own cage or they supply you with a bag. The dead frozen fresh chickens are at the store. You have to tell the lady at the store if you want all parts to the chicken. I didn't know that so 2 out of 3 was missing a head or leg.
