Deplorable conditions. As soon as they got my money, I was put into a room with a bathroom, no TV, no radio and no phone. The only thing I got was a note pad and a pen. Showers are shared in a separate bathroom.

This facility is two trailers that are connected together "separating" women and men by a completely open hallway.

I went to this facility voluntarily and ended up leaving after 24 hours. I was woken up every 30 minutes, all night long with someone checking on me and every two hours to take my blood pressure. One of the times they checked my blood pressure, it was low BECAUSE I WAS SLEEPING, and the person told me that I'd have to get up and walk around because my blood pressure was too low.

I brought all of my own medication and was told that I would, maybe, be getting my detox medication after 4 days. The doctor I got my medication from told me to take it after 48-72 hours, at most.

The food was disgusting, to say the least. The people staying there do all of the cleaning and a lot of the cooking. I have severe acid reflux and I am prescribed an ant-acid to take after every meal but was told I could only have it twice a day.

This place is all about MONEY. If you can, I suggest saving your money and getting the detox medication you need and getting support from your loved ones, from the people who actually care about you. Go to a therapist and daily support groups or choose a different facility that isn't so grimy and actually cares about the people who are there.

Above all else, this place was absolutely a ZERO out of ten in regards to the uncaring staff, the filth, nasty food and endless hours of useless group meetings and limited medical attention. I saw the doctor through a FaceTime meeting. Completely unhelpful. Avoid at all costs. Complete waste of money.

Spent about 40 days here. One of the worst rehabs I've been to. If you like 10 minute breaks in between hour and a half long groups on top of 300 word essays and writing assignments with rude and insensitive staff that dont follow there own rules then by all means go here. Also the pictures are nothing like how the facility really is. In my opinion this place should be closed do to their lack of patience and care for their clients. Only good councilor they have there is daniel Chavez. The therapist sucks too btw also dont get your Hope's up for horse riding or anything fun like that, these guys are falsely advertising half the photos on this site. Especially the food.

I Love New Hope because they show you a new way of life and are great councilors that have been where we are in recovery so they understand our background and how to help us recover

I had a very positive experience here. Got sober and am still sober.met many new friends. Staff was awesome! Heather is amazing!
