This place used to be a fun and desirable place to take our children pre-covid. We decided to come back after we felt it was safe to do so, and the place is not the same. Front desk receptionist/employee have no manners, and it seems that it’s a burden to even ask a simple question. In regards of the overall cleanliness of the indoor park, is well below adequate.

There is no hand sanitizer available in the jungle gym area, I would imagine them to have some sort of disinfectant since this is a frequent touching area. The floors in the jungle gym are coming apart and there seems to me that the employees don’t care about any issues. The weather right now in Livermore is currently 80 degrees and that’s how it feels inside. They have no A/C running, only fans which cover a limited area. I understand that business are under some hardship during these times, but choosing to save money over simple amenities in my opinion is not the correct financial decision. Having an adequate temperature and cleanliness will keep more families coming, I hope that my next visit isn’t the same as I have been bringing my children here for several years now.

Before i could take my 2 kids 5 and under here for under 30 dollars. Now its 80 for same things. Definitely NOT worth price. At this rate I dont expect this business to last long. Also dont believe everything they say. They told me beforehand that we can reuse socks and if they get too small we can exchange for bigger socks for free but thats not case. They lied. If i knew that i wouldve gotten socks one size bigger for my kids.

Understaffed.ordered food 2hrs ago, then finally had to feed the kids snacks. Spent over 50 in food and never got nothing. When the food does come out people is just standing around talking over your order. Patrons paying for food, then there advised.we are out of nacho chips but we have Doritos, sorry we are out of punch but you can have this flat strawberry soda, the icy machine doesn’t work but we have flat strawberry soda.and to think the management refuse to give refund after info was disclosed after payment. Restrooms and tables are not cleaned and sanitized after patrons. Reported bathroom needed some refreshing and toilets was out of order, management just overlooked.

Slow opening after Covid. I appreciate how your taking safety seriously by limiting games with balls and lots of touching. I was so happy to see my kid play again. This is not a play center, it is an envirement of dreams come true. I wasnt in livermore, I was on survivor island of games and fun. Thank You. Joining the kids climbing was just what my kid needed.

Prices went up, now you pay 39.99 per child, plus covid charges, you almost pay 80 dlls for 2 children, before you paid for 28 dlls do not spend your money it is too much.

Fun place for little kids. My son really enjoyed himself. Its great that they can play alone on the play structure. The food was expensive and horrible. Worst pizza and soda was very flat. Play but don't eat. Not too much to do.

This place was grossly overpriced. I had a kid birthday party here with about 6 other children and the total was a little over $500. Honestly, John’s incredible pizza is much more fun and surprisingly cheaper. I wouldn’t say the place is dirty, but it’s just not as entertaining as any of the others Indoor activity centers, but it is surprisingly much more expensive. BEWARE!

The only real cool thing about this place is the dinosaurs. It seems to be understaffed, and over worked. The employees checking guests in and giving wristbands seem to be overwhelmed because theres only two of them and only two booths to fill out a waiver form (even though you can do it online) it gets congested right there in the front. And then if you get the special wristband you have to come back and get different numbers to go to the golf or the lazer tag. So you're waiting more, and they only give you an hour for those two things until your time expires.
I had to wait for the manager, I had an issue and I watched him stand in one spot cleaning his glasses before he came and talked to me. Literally waited for 20mins. Wont be going back. It's a pricey joke.

The restrooms were filthy and had a foul odor. The play structure though was nice for my kids to play in. They burned a lot of energy.

Nice place, seems fun. However it's pretty cold in there for parents and guardians who are sitting around. Snack bar is decent except for the chicken nuggets. Parking may be an issue during busy times with other entertainment places next door to one another.

After 4 hours of play our 3 years old son didn't want to leave. Its was so much fun for him and it was fun for us too since the play area is also designed to accommodate adults, so we were going up and down with him which was really awsome! We are going back next week end!

They have a good setup here where toddlers and young kids can have a great time. There are indoor play structures that had 3 long slides and other various play equipment good and safe gif kids.

However there was an occasion where the staff, in fact including a manager who was rude, laughing at customers fir asking simple questions and prejudiced so it did not make sense to go back again to a place where some staff have unacceptable behavior.

Our first time here it was nice even though it took a little bit of convincing to get my kids to go play. The food was pretty decent here we had pizza and drinks. My daughter eventually loved the ninja course. I liked the layout I just didn't like that they had the games after walking in, they should of placed them more in the back since it's focus should be in interactive play than in game play.

Great fun! Great for kids and even adults. Ever since Super Frank's closed, this is our new go-to!

No A/C! It was super hot. The food and check in service slow, you really need to improve! The guy at the laser tag was on a very bad mood.and you have to pay for everything inside.

Some spots in the play structure are ripped and covered with tape and the balls pool needs more balls.

Dinosaur themed play area with arcade, miniature golf, and laser tag. Family/kid friendly. Helpful staff. The place had some sort of leak coming from the ceiling, but the party continued.

On the expensive side. My son always enjoys himself. I dont care for the prices. They do have specials on certain days of the week. But the specials are usually only for the play structure so you have to pay more when your child wants to do laser tag or mini golf or pkay video games. The food is not the greatest, but it's not much different then most childrens play places. Your standard too expensive pizza and soda. Gave high rating because my son always wants to go back.

WOW! I just took a tour of this place and it's amazing! The artist put so much work into the design of this facility it's mind-boggling!

Fun place. We bought tickets for laser tag and nobody else was there to play with my group of four. We asked for vouchers to play another day but they would not. Poor customer service. Lots of teen employees standing around.
