Had a good time experience here today. It’s usually hit or miss. They were not packed so it was a good time to walk in. My nails were not rushed and I like the finished product. Will return.

I came in to see Katie for a fill My nails were in bad shape I went from almond shaped nails to coffin to shaped. No matter what I want they always deliver. Love my fresh new nails.

I went to get a regular nail polish manicure. Worst experience ever. The man that did my manicure did it in such a RUSH, at one point he was standing up while painting my nails. He made me feel uncomfortable and like a burden because he was doing everything so rushed and wrong! I also noticed he didn’t sanitize everything because after I moved seats someone else sat there and he used the same tools with her.

After he finished the manicure part, he bluntly said “pay me now. ” I was shook, he explained it was so I wouldn’t mess up my nail polish at the end, but it was rude and blunt. Anyway, the manicure/paint was so bad, it chipped within hours of leaving and SEVERAL nails have broken because he ruined them. I only went there because I’m traveling right now and can’t go to my usual spot where they treat me like an actual human being and not a transaction. I’m never going back.

I went here with 5 family members to get a pedicure. And I got 1 manicure. I called in advance and the wait was only an hour. We got there and they sat us all down in the pedicure chairs. They only had 3 technicians so the last and the first person had to wait around 20min, but that was fine waiting in the pedicure chairs. The chairs were new, but not great. The leg part doesn't scoot out like a recliner so my feet had to support their own weight on the hard plastic surface and they feel asleep. They also don't show you what settings the average person likes on the massage chair, so I was lost pushing the overwhelming amount of buttons. Her foot massage was also not great, she glided her hands over my calves and feet, but didn't actually massage the mussels. The hand massage was good though! Also, afterwards I got a pair of slippers (although I did have to ask). Overall it was a really nice experience. The ladies were kind and attentive. The place has a pretty beach mural, all the furniture looks good, it smells nice, and the music was pleasant. Also the employees are very honest, one of us left our wallet there and the next day it was behind the counter waiting for us. It wasn't perfect, but I did enjoy it and will gladly visit again.

Loved this place! Went there on 12/04/22 @10am. What made the experience bad was the 2 older women sister's that drove 45min to get there, they were loud, and rude, and complained about everything! No one wants to hear about ur drama, and health problems while getting nails done and trying to relax. Next time keep it in ur own town u 2 old bags! Learn to respect a business, and people!

I have been going to Lotus Nails for months now, yesterday I went in to get a fill & pedicure service was horrible. Hannah rushed, clients kept calling to make appointments and she would refuse because she was tired. Unfortunately it’s my last time going there for their horrible service & not taking their time.

I always love the gel pedicures here and today I asked for advice about getting a mani- I opted for a dip powder French mani and I love it! Great advice and great service as always- I left feeling great

The girl that worked on my nails did a beautiful job. She made sure they looked perfect and she took her time. Very happy:)

This is my second time here I came back to get feels that was very happy with the service I really like it that I can walk in after my work or I call in and they always have openings girls are very gentle I found myself a different place now I like it very much here

Great pedicure! I'm excited for the new chairs they are getting in a couple of weeks!

The lady who helped me was amazing. She was super gentle. She went the extra mile to make sure my pedicure looked beautiful I was really truly impressed.

I'll preface this by saying I didn't bring flip flops or sandals.

Well, I've only had a professional pedicure once and that place was great. Here, not so much. My friend made a reservation for 2, when we arrived, all of the technicians were busy except for one. They started on my friend's nails, and it took about 15 minutes before someone started on mine.

During the process, another customer walked in, and an employee, working about 5 feet away from her, asked if she has an appointment. When she replied in the negative, the woman yelled that she'd have to wait.

Once the nail painting was over, the technician jumped to help someone else and left me to sit. She then came back a few minutes later and handed me a paper fan to dry the nails. I asked another employee if they had disposable slippers, and was told they were out.

Everything seemed a little unorganized, and while my technician seemed friendly enough, the overall experience was not very good.

I have been going to lotus nails every 2 weeks for about 7 months, the last few times I went I have noticed they have been over charging me. Every time I asked they say it’s a fee for using my debit card. First it was $1 and yesterday it was $8. On top of that one of the nail techs was extremely rude because I prefer my nails very short. She voiced several times that my nails were “to short”. I felt uncomfortable and will not be going back.

It was great I took my niece there and being a guy I still got a pedicure and they made it pleasant being a guy getting my pedicure and my niece got a pedi and a manicure so professional made me feel so welcome thank you everyone there

My mom decided to do her wedding nails here and my mom forgot cash and they were rude, impatient

I made an appointment. Took 30 mins for them to start unfortunately, good thing I didn’t have anywhere to be. Besides that the lady did a good job on my toes. She was quick since they had a group of other appointments behind me.

I absolutely love these hard-working people. They really know What they’re doing I love my nails and they last for months I never have a problem always unique I can bring a theme or an idea and they do their own spin on it always looks fantastic always grateful for their service

Nothing but rude women work there except one and I think she’s the owner. The girl that did my pedi was talking to me like I was stupid and kept padding my feet real hard when she’d say something to me when I just didn’t really understand her. Never going back again!
