Lou Rodman's Patio, Barstools, & Amish Emporium, Fresno CA

Have always loved the quality of the furniture here but at the time of our recent purchase we were told 6-8 week order and delivery time. Today marks 8 weeks exactly, we had to call to check the status of our order and we’re told it will be another month or later. No call from the store to follow up with us and when I went to ask a follow up question I was hung up on.

Gabriel did an awesome job giving us options for stools in the area we were looking to furnish. Appreciated the attention to details he pointed out. Lou is lucky to have such an employee. Will be back for more.

From point of sale to delivery I was not disappointed. The sales rep didn't hound me in store, let me do my shopping, and when I was ready he was readily available. Simple sale for a breakfast nook. No hassle. And Delivery was very fast, within 2 days, for over 60 miles away. Can't complain. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and the process couldn't have been more pleasant. Great friendly service and very patient. Gabriel was very helpful with our needs and was able to help us customize the furniture we needed for our home.

Customer service is great: Gabriel was awesome! He let us take our time walking through the showroom and was not pushy at all. He made very practical suggestions based on what we were looking for. They had a good selection of inventory available in store and wonderful options for custom order. Pricing can range but the quality is excellent compared to a lot of what is out there. I highly recommend checking them out, especially for stools before ordering online.

We were looking for a sealed down Amish oak office chair and noticed that Lou Rodman's carried Amish furniture here locally in Fresno.

On our first visit, we were assisted bu Gabriel Munoz who gave us some options as far as wood types and sizes that would fit our needs.

We later went back wanting to have a closer look at the chair Mr. Munoz showed us.

He also showed us a different chair that would better match our other Amish office furniture that we purchased elsewhere.

We were able to take this chair home overnight to see how it fit and today we placed our order.

We thank Mr. Munoz for his time and suggestions and are looking forward to having our new chair.

We found the china hutch online and what they advertised matched our expectations as the furniture looked great! Happy to recommend as we received excellent service too.

They are very friendly and helpful, was a very pleasant experience. Got the table and chairs I wanted that no one else could get. But Lou Rodman's didn't have a problem getting it. UPDATE: I ordered this table and chairs in October for Thanksgiving, they said it would be in, in two weeks, it wasn't. Then they told me in December, it wasn't
delivered then either
They told me because of Covid-19 they couldn't get the chairs and told me it would probably be March, well here it is March is over and still no chairs, they have the table but NO chairs, he keeps telling me that they'll let me have the table with loner chairs. This is to the point of ridiculous. It's going on 6 months and I already paid for this. I just want what I ordered, also he NEVER calls me, I have to call him to get an update. Totally unexceptable.

We were very happy with our experience. They don’t have pushy sales people following you around while you shop but when we did have questions the staff was helpful. Lou was in the store and helped us find some options to consider and once we made our purchase, they even put everything together for us and carried it out to the car. Would definitely come here first anytime we need their products!

Walked in, looked around, picked out what we wanted, delivering on Sunday morning! Bam done! Love it!

I have so many great things to say about Lou and his establishment, that I do not know where to start.but I'll keep it simple. I have been here at least three times. I have a large high dining table. I needed four more chairs to add on when I extend my table for the holidays. After calling numerous places, no one was willing to help me or didn't understand what I needed. With one phone call with Lou, I knew I was dealing with a different type of knowledge and experience on furniture. Lou kind of has an intuition on customers needs. He cares completely; not only on the service he presents, but also the product he sells. He doesn't try to hard. He is down to earth and real. You get what you pay for and HE DOES WORK WITH YOU. It is clear in many ways that quality is Lou's only standard. He's highly reasonable with his pricing as well!

My mother bought a brand new home, but she needed six new chairs for her refinished dining table. Lou instantly came to mind. I must say that once you go to him once, you will always go back because you can simply trust him. I went in today, showed him a picture of the table and he showed me two options that would match. He blew me away with allowing me to take the two options to my parents so that they can choose which chair they would like. My parents chose one, and I brought the chairs back with my mother. She bought six chairs. We took the new chairs to her new house to match with the refinished table. PERFECT MATCH. The chairs are beautiful.
