Love Laundry Midtown, Sacramento CA

Great place to do your laundry, the machines are clean plus some of the dryers are free.and the atmosphere is great. The staff is really nice and helpful.

They do not open when they say. 6am? Lol no. It’s almost 8am and it’s STILL closed. The workers are rude and ugly to customers. They close early as well. I had laundry in the dryer at 11pm and the doors were locked. No one would pick up. I sit in my car instead of inside. Too expensive to be like that.

Lots of machines with electronic or card pay options, dryers are free, it was very clean inside and the attendant on duty was very friendly and helpful. No riff-raff or homeless issues. I was there midweek and midday for reference.

Just today Tuesday. The lady who works here has all of the paid dryers just sitting there with clothes while customers are arguing about dryers and standing waiting on some. I had to overload my three dryers because there are no more available. She had 10 dryers just sitting there with little bits of clothes. If they’re all ready dry, why not consolidate the dryers or put them in baskets until she can get to them. I usually enjoy coming here but today this one employee is idk. The other ones are usually great.

Really good machines. The staff works hard to keep the facilities clean. It seems that the best time to go is early morning (0615), but late afternoon (1645) during the week seems to work as well.
Now they have new washing machines that take NFC pay (apple pay, Gpay, Samsung pay)

I love coming here for the simple fact of free dry and its ALWAYS clean. Dryers dry a full load in 24 min vs 30-45 min other places

One of the best if not THE BEST laundry mat downtown. They have convenient hours, offer lots of services and have a few amenities that make the washing experience just a tad more pleasant like TVS, charging stations and vending machines.

Good Laundry.all washers have updated touch almost like tablet inside of washer but good working and free dryer.

Cleanest, best laundromat I have ever seen in my travels.
The young woman running the place was very helpful.

Love, love, love that place! The attendants were awesome and nice! All except the gal taking up space doing work on the folding table with 2 laptops and 2 cell phones! Not happy with that, shesaid the staff said she could work there! I was not impressed!

5/18/23 UPDATE. HERE AT 6 AM AGAIN. NO ONE IS HERE PEST CONTROL CANT GET IN AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE.

DOES NOT OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. Multiple times I’ve waited for them to open AFTER 6AM. Today an hour late and extremely inconvenient. Change your hours.

Dangerous location. Thankfully, I got my new w/d set so I no longer need to use these facilities. Bums constantly in and out, using the sink, stealing soap and patrons won't give you space. They always end up right behind me when it comes time to get my clothes out, which is very uncomfortable. Got to know the workers and they'd often slide their card in the machine for me, so that's one positive. A warning to the owner though, I think they said her name is Maria, um your husband they are always talking about him like he's a huge flirt and just using you for your money. I don't keep in touch with any of those laundry girls, and I never promised I wouldn't tell. Thought you should know!

It's a great place to do laundry. I've never had a problem just sometimes there are a lot of people and not enough room Needs more folding space

Great 5-star location to do your laundry, but I enjoyed the 10: 30PM last wash, not the recently updated 8: 30PM. Great facility and staff regardless.

Lady there assumed I was only there for quarter and started yelling at me to put my load in the washer before getting quarters in front of all the people. Went off on me as soon I lifted my $20 to get quarters and did say a word before that. I didnt even bother going back inside. How embarrassing, but not surprised coming from a laundry mat. Bottom of the barrel service. Consider putting a sign by the coin machine vs yelling. Potentially racist establishment, yet they are in the center of diverse and elite company.

I don't just Like Love Laundry Midtown! I Love it! I put my clothes in the wash at 9pm to get ready to post to get clean and ready to be photographed and posted to my sales page. I entrepreneur in fashion sales. So I when to get dinner at Ihop and was there for 3 hours talking my friend waitress. Came back the next day, I seen she was working and I said " I'm so sorry I left my clothes I was hungry and went to eat and didn't budget my time correctly". She smiled, said wasn't anything but happy to see me return for my clothing items. She had them in a bag nicely in under 30 sec. She said I'm glad to see you return, we worried". Thank you Maria! You made me happy and another $600 in sales. That's you get @ Love Laundry Integrity & Work Ethics.

Very cold, very uncomfortable. My clothes always get stolen. Rude staff. Cheap wash (2 loader) starts at $5.50.8 loader $14.00. I'm never coming back.

Wayyy more expensive than the other love laundry locations and way smaller too. No parking.
