I absolutely love the ladies here! Hannah is my fav! I would recommend setting an appointment so that they get to you in a timely manner.

I can save for over 20 years I've been to many nail salons in the Alameda area this salon for now feelings colors etc this is the place top notch customer service excellent very friendly I would say this is the number one spot if you want your nails done Linda is the best

I've been coming here off and on for years and my services have always been very professionally done.
I absolutely recommend them.

Went in last week for my mani, pedi and asked for gel on my hands but not my toes. Asked for purple but my toes came out burgundy. I called to let them know and have them fix it. I went in this morning and she wanted to charge me $15 dollars more for their mistake. I had already spent $100. She did a horrible job and terrrible attitude. Will never come back! Too many good nail salons to choose from. STAY AWAY!

Rude Website says they close at 7 got there at 6: 15 and they rejected me because supposedly was close And it was only for a refill of my already Acrylic nails done by them

The women were extremely nice and took me in right away. I had these done a week ago and they have not chipped, broke or faded. I came back to get an eyebrow & lip wax.

Nails were gel and feet were regular paint. I like that she asked for the hands if I wanted it pink or clear for the full portion.

Would highly recommend this place.

Mine and my girls nails turned out absolutely stunning! There’s only one nail tech there who does designs like this but she’s phenomenal and did them even better than the inspo pics. Will definitely come back to her, thank you!

Find a different place I only go here out of convenience for the location but they definitely don’t honor your time the owner Tina tends to set appointments and then if she’s too busy all of a sudden she doesn’t do the nails that you want anymore or you have to wait for someone even with an appointment. They added their own tip to my moms card when she intended to pay cash for tip and they didn’t even know if she wanted to leave a tip to start with.
Just done with them.

I gave my girlfriend some cash to get a pedicure at this place last Saturday for some self care. She came back and said that Hannah was cutting her Bith big time toe nails on the sides to the point where one was bleeding. At fist she said she thought it was the skin and asked her to stop. Hannah did for a minute then proceeded to go back and cut in some more, disregarding what was she was asked. Eventually my GF got polish and later explained to me what happened. A week later It hurt to walk on hen I noticed that she had inflamed big toe and one was infected. Definitely a Ingrown toe nail had been caused by the deep cutting of the nail bed. I’ve had one before so I knew to help her with the swelling with a Epsom Salt foot bath and peroxide for the infection. We’ll have to find another place to go especially if it’s now $45 plus Tip for A Pedicure or I’ll do her pedi from now

This nail spot is clean & the vibe is positive versus other nail salons I've been too. The ladies work hard to give their services professionally & to give you a great experience so that you're satisfied & will hopefully return in the future.

Came with my daughter in the beginning of October, we had a good experience. They squeezed us in on a Sunday for 2 gel manicures and 1 pedicure. Total was $90 for both of us. I went on Saturday 11/6 to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I appreciated that they again squeezed me in but the lady that did my mani/pedi was absolutely the roughest. She cut my toes so bad. I’ve had to put antibiotic gel on my toes, I couldn’t put on shoes yesterday due to the paín. She also did the callus remover ($5 extra) but scrubbed my feet without care and so hard that I can hardly walk on the soles of my feet. Then I was charged $75 for a gel mani, regular pedicure + the painful callus removing. I felt that I was overcharged and roughly handled. Won’t be going there anymore. I don’t know why it was so much cheaper with my daughter than just me alone. I was thinking $65 but not $75
