Lovely Nails, Fair Oaks CA

I tried this salon for the first and last time on 3/12/23. I got a manicure and pedicure and the quality was well below any standard. Both services concluded in one hour, which says a lot since the pedicure alone should be at least 45 mins. All of my fingernails were different lengths and each nail was uneven. Some nails were way too short even though I showed her what I was looking for. For the pedicure, there was polish on my skin, the flower I asked for was sloppy and unsightly, and one nail was only partially polished. It was unbelievable. I went home, removed all of my polish, and did my own nails. It was a waste of time and money.

This review is overdue. I needed a new nail salon and came across Lovely Nails last summer. This is such a great place! Everyone who works there is upbeat, friendly and very accommodating and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. I am so happy that I found Lovely Nails.

First time getting an acrylic full set and I am hooked. The owner himself did my nails and was did an amazing job! Wonderful conversation, very affordable and a great experience. I will be coming back again and again!

The men at this location are great. I had the women twice, once for a fill with gel, my nails were chipping and breaking within 3 days. I went back in to have them fixed, she filed all of the acrylic off which was
BURNING my natural nail.my nails are
chipping and breaking within days, and now I need a whole new whole new set due to her filing them so much. Much longer then after she got the gel.polish off. I wish the men in there would want to take more clients to keep their clientele. Perhaps train her

Best customer service. Close attention to detail. Long massage with a pedí. Spotless and close attention to hygiene. Best place yet.

I Visited this nail salon yesterday. And I had a lovely experience! Very pleasant, the staff greeted us right away. And at first glance, the salon was very tidy and clean. The decor was nice and sleek, very minimal but nice. I got the “Deluxe Pedi” which was amazing and was serviced by Beverly. I’m very attentive to detail, and my toe nails all were evenly trimmed and not one bit of polish on my cuticles or skin. Beverly was a great service provider! She made my visit very pleasant and kept checking on how I was doing during the service or if my water was too hot or if she was being too rough, which she wasnt. Overall had a great visit and will be visiting again. And telling all my friends and clients! Definitely check this place out!

Great manicure actually. Did my gel one and it stayed for more than two weeks intact (which is rare).

Excellent customer service and a very clean facility. I suggest making an appointment to receive the best service.

The guy who did my nails didn’t do a good job at all - the paint isn’t even and some of the nails aren’t even fully painted. Overall just a sloppy job. Not worth $30 at all.

I asked them to do my nails like the picture they have displayed on the website and she royally messed them up and they looked nothing like the picture they put on their own site.

Overcharged me. They told me twice how much it would be and then charged me $5 more. And then on top of that I had to shape my own Nails because they didn't know how to shape them according to various photos.
