Love's Travel Stop reviews
16 *oooo…California defend its store with illegal dumping issues. Got harassed all down the road for my review too. But I’m sure I’d be welcome over your contentious political issues, right? Then I’d be welcome? Sure.
Just stopped to do some paperwork and walk my dog and was met with trucker hate like I can drive a thousand miles forever to still be too close to the juvenile delinquents. Apparently they think I do this for fun and I don’t have logs, too. There’s some kind of illegal dumping in the rocks so watch your dog. My dog was really excited by the mystery black piles. I was not. No clue what that is. Did not stop inside that which felt like a hate crime. Nor did I fuel. But sooner or later I have to stop moving you hateful California ghouls.
I make it a point to stop at Love's along my routes! This location was clean and had everything a typical Love's has. It also has an Arby's for those who want a decent sandwich for the road. Prices are typical for most Love's and convenience stores. The staff was friendly and efficient.
I would recommend this location to anyone who needs fuel, beverage, something to eat, or a shower for those who need it.
Pictures speak a million words, but they won't ever tell you the true cost of revenue lost and damage to your truck when you bring it to loves/speedco for service.
They broke the plastic bumper corner on front bumper ($490) over filled engine with oil, broke air line on 5th wheel lock (which had to fix myself) and for all that paid close to $500 for oil change. Total cost of that oil change is well over $1500
Called corporate, spoke to them, made a report. Zero feedback or kickback for damages. Loves express discount is a lie, doesn't apply, just a sales empty promise to get you to start an account. Go with XPO & RTS for fuel discounts. Boycott Loves
This location was great for what I needed: gas, RV dump, laundry, hot food.
Staff were really helpful and very nice. Laundry has 2x washers, 2x dryers. RV dumpsite was easy to use.
Yesterday 2/4/23, I dropped my wallet and a Loves employee turned it in to the manager. I stopped for gas & potty break. I can’t thank manager Tino and maintenance worker, enough. I love, Loves and always frequent them when I’m on the road. Kindness is the word for 2023. Thank you Love employees for being kind and thoughtful. I will see you again?
Nice staff.
Clean restrooms and showers.
Enough parking on the street any time.
I’m attaching information for print out paperwork with fax and email.
Got lost trying to find my way, phone died so I stopped here and the staff was very kind, polite and helpful. Dianne was a dream helping me find everything I needed for my 3 year old. The store was so clean and neat and the coffee was fresh made (which is just what I needed) which made the whole experience so much more better especially when dealing with a crying hungry tired toddler. I will just have to stop by again when I head back home. Thank you all for your patience understanding and for just be so helpful. I wish there was most people like all of you to make road trips so much better.
A welcomed stop for gas, bio break with clean restrooms, and lots of goodies to pick from. Service is quick and friendly - this is why we continue to love Love’s!
Stopped for gas. Tried two pumps and neither could read either of the different cards, either by tap (RFID) or inserting (chip). Had to walk into the station and get into a long line to put $65 on one of the cards that failed at the pump. Read fine this time. They should only charge for the gas I pumped.
Not a great experience!
Just stopped by to fuel up was greeted the moment I walked into the store by a young lady named Dianne very friendly, helpful. I asked where the restroom was she directed me to my surprise where very clean, stocked up soap and toilet paper most truck stops are a mess but I was very impressed with this location in Lost Hills. Very pleasant experience from a quick pit stop to fuel up, use their restroom this will be a place I stop at from now on when I'm in the area.
Gas prices are good compared to other stations along I-5. Restrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and responsive.
Nice gas station all the prices are similar to every other gas station around they have bathrooms, and food and coffee
I enjoy going in Love’s on my way to SLO. Great place to stop for gas or plenty of other options.
Only here, Love’s made me feel very warm and safe on I-5.
Nice gas station. Good selection of quick snacks for the road. Sucked that they were cleaning out the window cleaning buckets when I got there because I really could have used it.
Absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere in the area. Truck drivers think they can do whatever they want and throw heaps of garbage everywhere. Looks like a complete dump.
Card reader at the pump didn’t work (didn’t work the last few times we’ve stopped either), the soap dispensers didn’t work, the towel dispensers didn’t work. Next time, we’ll use the Pilot or Valero stations across the street. Same price.
