Lovesac, San Ramon CA

Michael made us love Lovesac! We initially went to the Walnut Creek location where we didn’t get much of a service but when we decided to give it another chance at the San Ramon location, we received such an amazing treatment by Michael. He answered all of our questions and made me take a picture of the “model” couch to help us assemble the pieces together. I’m so glad I listened to him because putting together the couch was so challenging! I honestly don’t think we would have purchased the couch if not for Michael’s expertise.

Not sure if we liked the sofa enough to make an investment like that. The staff were knowledgeable and kind.

Really great staff/ team. Great to actually test the products before hand. Would never just order one online. Hope I can finally watch an entire movie without back aches?

Seriously disappointed in their customer service! Was super happy to go and ask questions I really need a couch and I was super excited but the guy was so rude to me and judgmental. I’m a stay at home mom and don’t always have time to fix myself out especially in the middle of a move right now I’m looking for a new furniture. Honestly I’d rather cross the bay and find someone who has good customer service! Honestly looked at me and just assumed probably I couldn’t afford the couch so disgusted!
Like I’ve said in my bio I’ve been in customer service for over 23 years I would never treat people the way he just treated me!

TRULY enjoyed my experience with the staff at this location from start to finish. Mike was fantastic - I visited 5-6 times over a four month period as I conceptualized what I wanted to do. He patiently walked me through all of it, was super helpful in putting together a bill of goods, evaluating different fabrics and making sure I was comfortable with what I was buying. Could not have asked for a more customer-centric buying process and he was fantastic implementing it from start to finish.

As for the product itself - INCREDIBLE. I had been searching for the right new couch for a year. This one is a no-brainer, especially because it's evergreen. If anything eventually wears out or gets damaged, you replace that small part, not the whole couch. Definitely recommend checking into what they have.

Mike and Tekari were very helpful with my purchase of a large sactional. When we decided to make some configuration changes which required some pieces be exchanged, Tekari personally guided me through the process, arranging return labels and coordinated pick ups from my home and shipping of the appropriate pieces. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and superb customer service. Love my LoveSac!

Mike was informative, he was polite and apologetic when he needed to balance taking care of us while also answering the phone. It gave us time to discuss options and take in all the details Mike was sharing. We are excited to have placed our order and look forward to enjoying the versatility, new storage options and future expansion that this purchase gives us. Mike was no-pressure sales, he was informative, offered alternatives for efficient use of our money and space. We had the option of purchasing through Costco, but what we would not have gotten was the personal assistance and we would have ended up with more than we needed. Loved the seati. I did not want to move! So comfortable. Takari was excellent and informative about the sectionals. Can’t wait until ours arrives.

We had a great experience. Cailin was very knowledgeable and helped up pick something that would not only fit our house but also fit our family.

Nina was our sales associate and was very patient and knowledgeable of the product! She showed us multiple options and fabrics! We ordered our choices on Thursday night and they shipped on Friday! Great experience so far! We will receive them next Friday! How cool is that!

Our experience at the showroom (in Dublin, CA) was nothing short of amazing. We were able to get familiarized with the product, understand the configuration options, and select the products that were most suitable for us and our space at home. We cannot wait for our furniture to be delivered, so that we can get everything assembled and begin using it.

The staff and experience was WONDERFUL! Jamelah, Stacey, and Mina were all SO friendly and helpful, they even rearranged the pieces for us so that we can imagine how it would work in our space. This was our first time to Bishop Ranch and their location was much more spacious than others, they even had the couch color that we were debating on, in their floor model, which was super helpful. Overall, great experience and can’t wait to get our couch and rearrange in every which way possible!
