Great place to find bargains on their website auctions. Guys at the warehouse are very friendly and helpful. You just have to get used to their very strict policies which you must pick up your items or arrange for transportation the first Saturday after the sale between 10am to 5pm with no exception or you pay a $10 per item storage fee that gives you one more chance to pick it up the following Thursday or you forfeit the item with no refunds so be sure to read the rules and inspect everything closely online if you can’t visit to view it in person. Otherwise it’s a great place and they do add a 15% fee and sales tax on top of your winning bid so keep that in mind as well.

Had a good experience on this auction, We bought few items here and We were not disappointed, I’ve got to say we had a good deal. They always have interesting stuff to bet on.

Easy to do, nice people, great result! Pick up and viewing times are a little inconvenient, but it's worth it when you're getting great vintage pieces for so cheap.

I got two dressers and a floral chair from Loveseat - they are in amazing condition and are easily the best pieces of furniture I own. Loveseat does all of the work of finding amazing pieces filled with character that would take weeks of antique-shopping on your own.

Website and auction work great, pickup is a breeze, and the items are as shown. Highly recommended if you're looking for vintage items/furniture.

I LOVE this place! They have an auction every week and it's like a pandora box every single time! Staff is very professional, nice and helpful! Things I love about this business.
1. Their website is working great. Both in terms of design, ease of use and of course UX its a joy to navigate and place bids.
2. I've been into this place several times and their showroom music never disappoints!
3. Unique listings. Sometimes you are out of ideas to decorate your space and then a random piece of furniture pops out on their next auction that sparks an entire design solution.
4. Great product photography.

Friendly and sell quality items. Moved into a larger home and furnished it with amazing items from Loveseat!

This place is awesome. First of all, you will find some great deals here. I am talking 90% or more off retail. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

Once, I even had some issues and I talked to the team at Loveseat and they resolved it for me.

Just remember that these guys keep costs down by doing high volume- hundreds of lots a week and 1000+ pictures. Because of this, the written descriptions for each lot aren't the best. So make sure to inspect each lot's pictures as best as you can and go see it in person if you have the chance.

Great place for terrific finds. I have been wanting to go here forever. I won an online auction. So glad I finally got to stop in. It us a bit tricky to find. 12th St is actually an alley into the facility.

Omgoodness, I just discovered this gem of a store. So many wonderful pieces & so reasonable. Everyone is friendly & willing to work with you in any way. Gabriel was especially nice & super helpful. I am so pleased with my new vintage/ antique furniture store find & only wished I lived in a mansion to accommodate more of their amazing finds.

I purchased furniture through loveseat's website and in their warehouse and found the prices to be very reasonable. Not to say they have lots of junk, but you really have to take time to look for the "gems" that they have stored away. Quality of the furniture is definitely a bang for the buck. I usually check loveseat first before resorting to IKEA because the quality difference is obviously better.

9th Street Designer Clearance is a great place to browse and get ideas, as well as buy unique items at great prices. If you like to be inspired, come here for both the continuously changing inventory as well as the conversation and advice from the guys who work there.
