I don’t write many reviews, but I’ve been here 4 times now, and every time the service is fast, friendly, and the best price in town. Can’t beat it.

Great service! I got windshield replacement one month ago. Very accurate clean installation, no problems after. Easy to schedule an appointment, work was done promptly within scheduled timeframe, good price. Thank you! Recommend.

Just picked up our vehicle and I have to say, I am impressed. The entire experience was so much easier than dealing with insurance. Customer service was great, can’t beat the price, and it was done quickly. Hopefully not anytime soon, but if so we will definitely come back to low price auto!

A 100% honest experience:

I came here to get my rear passenger window replaced after my car was broken into. It was a place my insurance referred me to. I drive a 2017 Honda Civic. With a $100 deductible, my total to pay out of pocket for a rear passenger window at Low Price was 126$.

When the rear passenger window was replaced, they explained they found that the black plate that is next to the window had a large chip in it. Low Price told me it was the person that broke into my car that chipped it. He made me walk to the Honda parts next door and order the part that cost at least 30$. I was annoyed that I did not notice the chip before, but no big deal.

However after I walked back, I was looking through pictures I took at the location it was broken in to and a picture I took in my garage before I went into Low Price. I noticed the chip Low Price blamed on the person that broke into my window was not there! I showed the man helping me the picture and he then went into the back and came out explaining there was a misunderstanding with the technician, and the technician actually broke it. They would order the part and replace it for free.

Extremely frustrated for this awkward misunderstanding, and also feeling like they were going to make me pay for their mistake had I not noticed, I get home and look carefully over my car again. I notice my tint was scratched on my front passenger window that was ALSO not there after the break in! I also later noticed scratches in the area between the arm rest and the bottom of the window that probably are a result from installation of the window. I’m pretty sure these scratches in the plastic were not there even after the break in. Knowing they worked on that side of my car and having lack of trust in Low Price at this point, I could not believe it. I called and explained that I found a scratch in the tint and the man said we did not do it but we will take a look.

A couple days later I get a call explaining that the part ordered from Honda was wrong and they will have to re-order.

A couple more days go by. Low Price calls notifies the part is ready. I set up an appointment to replace the part and for them to look at the scratch in my tinted front passenger window. I show up and it is the wrong part. Three times a charm, right? He takes a look at the scratch in the tint and he says we will replace it. So now I had to set up another appointment. I am employed, I have things to do and places to go, I cannot keep doing this.

By chance a few weeks later my drivers side rear window was broken into. I obviously found another place and that wonderful place is called All Glass and they only charged me 100$ flat! Low price charged me 26$ more. Low Price is not the lowest price in town.

Finally after a month, I get my window tinted and black plate replaced for free. The man told me it might take less than an hour. It took more than two hours for these two replacements.

I am honored they owned up to their mistakes and thankful to have a window, but I will definitely not be coming back here again for future business with them.

They did a great job replacing my windshield in a 1995 Jeep Cherokee Sport for half the price of Safelite

I've been here a few times over several years to have repairs or replacements done to my windshield. Because it run this place are very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was always been excellent and the prices are affordable and they work quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. And if I ever need work done to a windshield or window I'll go there first

They went the extra mile for me negotiating with insurance company for OEM windshield replacement. On time, efficient, and friendly staff.

Let me share my experience. I went to this shop Oct'2018 for windshield screen replacement. Everything was done and price was also within my budget. I had an appointment and there did their job on time. After the glass replacement, My observation while driving is, when I am driving on highways, there is a noise coming, seems to be the joining section of the glass and body. Also if the road is uneven, I can feel it, while driving.

Best place in town. They got the best price and the quality is grate. Had 3 cars done here. Two window tinting and a windshield replacement. Customer service is grate, always welcoming. We have never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend this place.

Overall great tint job. Great price. Would be 5 stars but there was 2 scratches on the tint on one window, nothing too major, already recommended them to friends and would go back

This is laterally the best place you can go to get affordable yet high quality work in the Bay Area.

They beat everyone else's price by a minimum of $120. Considering that they were ordering the windshield from the dealer just the same as every other place I went to, that's a bargain. Car was clean when they were done. Waiting room clean with free wifi. Only took about an hour for install

The service is great, the price is inexpensive and the product is done right. I was looking for an inexpensive tint for a commuter car and they were able to beat my expectations.

I've been coming to Low Price Auto Glass for many years. They do a great job with replacing/fixing windshields and window tinting. And their prices are really good.especially if you pay cash.
