Everything you need for home repairs and improvements. The store staff was courteous and helpful. They seem to care about safety and also have sanitizing stations.

People that work there some of them are very rude.always standing around talking and not offering if they could help you. Your management needs Improvement and people skills for your employees. You need to check out your stores.

Your cashiers and the girls at the returns are rude and actually told me to go back to garden and tell them to remove a large sign that was wrong. I told her I've got a better idea, I will just find another store, you all wasted enough of my time. Do these people in THIS particular store get any training in customer service?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Steve and Kyle are inexperienced managers that don’t know how to respect loyal customers. It takes several hours just to get someone on the phone. There appliance department is a joke. I would highly recommend anyone that is reading this takes there money to Home Depot.

Excellent local La Quinta big box. Well stocked and maintained. Especially impressive lawn and garden section. Huge range of foliage and flowers. Customer service in the Home department also above standard. Had thousands of dollars of shades installed. Impeccable work and fair price. Open now for shopping.

It's OK. Typical home improvement store. The selection and service depends on what your looking for and the alignment of the planet's. I've had good experiences there and recently I swore I would never go back. Like I said. It depends on the tides, barometric pressure, and wind direction.

Didn't have the products I was looking for - recommended I go to Home Depot. I encountered several workers stocking shelves who looked away as I approached. Sent to 2 incorrect aisles before I was found someone who told me they didn't have what i wanted.

This is the only hardware store that I ever shop at II love everything that they have the merchandise is great the employees aren't really that helpful but if you know what you're looking for great place to go wish there hours were better

I have shopped here for years. Today I came in to buy lumber and the person at the checkout counter was angry that I did not have all of the skus for her. She refused to read her list and made a scene. I offered to get the plywood sku for her. She ended up leaving her register and writing it on her hand. She declared that “ there is no plywood on her price list. ” I finally get to the exit and a young lady gets off of her cell phone. I ask for a red flag. She says if they have them they are “over there”. I ask for a hammer for the nails to attach the flag and she is befuddled. I give up and drive off. I have shopped here a 100 times and never got served like this. Bad.

I've been coming to this Lowe's for many years now and I really appreciate the cleanliness of the store they always have what I need in stock and most of the time you can find someone to help you sometimes you have to look around a bit but I think that's basically the same for all big box hardware stores. Ordering online is also very easy and you could either pick it up at the store or have it shipped to your house and when it's anything I've had shipped to my house it comes within a few days perfectly packaged no damage.

I called this la Quinta location to verify the item that specified I can pick up same day was actually in stock and the lady on the phone put me on hold and hung up on me. On top of that I had my family in store physically looking for the item which was an indoor grill and they said they dont carry them only outdoor gas grills when the lady clearly said they have 3 in stock. Obviously they lack customer service and product knowledge.

Unable to find what I needed, neither did the sales people, and the lumber saw was out of service. Wasted too much time, and shopped at Home Depot.

The employees are always helpful. There is a drive in lumber yard, great during summer. I actually installed the tile roofing when it was built.

We have been customers of Lowes for many years. My appliances are from Lowe's. My disappointment today of the terrible customer service from cashier and management. We found bar stools that we had been looking for at a great price. As we rung them up, we brought to the cashiers attention that the price in red tag said $39.99, but they were being marked at $59.99. She said that the sale had expired. Asked for us to bring a picture of the sale with the stools and they would honor it. I asked to speak to the manager because I have nebmver had this happened, they usually call the other department to confirm through walkie talkie. I asked to speak to the manager, and she dismissed me and said that she was already honoring it. These were Black Friday specials. I was not asking for more discounts, I was demanding excellent customer service. Bothe these employees failed to provide. I could have just walked out without purschasing the barstools, but that would have allow them to charge more money to someone else. Very disapointed experience.

They cant get their stock figured out so I went down the block to Target and found what I needed in 2 minutes. Nice lady tried to help but management here doesnt know where they put what and none of the workers know either. Hell, if your employees cant find an item that's in stock how are ur customers supposed to find it?

Customer Service rep, Amy, was more concerned about horsing around with the other 4 customer service representatives than helping customers. She had to be asked by another customer to help the next customer in line. When she was asked to help, the look Amy gave the customer was ridiculous! I thought a fight was going to break out with Amy starting it. She definitely should not be up front helping customers, her role should be back in the warehouse, by herself, doing inventory. On second thoughts, she should fired.
